I hired Ricardo to do roof and gutter cleaning for my house. He is super nice and knowledgeable about his work and gave me a lot of advise. The price is very reasonable too. They arrived on time and finished the work so efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Jag and Ricardo of Mint Property Services cleaned-out my gutters and power-washed my patio-awning. They arrived exactly on time and were personable and friendly. They worked very hard for over 2 hours addressing the work that needed to be done. The finished product was fabulous. My gutters were pristinely cleaned! My patio-awning looked brand new! Just had Mint Property Services clean my gutters and put up Christmas lights. Very professional and courteous. Rick went above and beyond, suggesting the right clips I needed to hang my lights, and when I overbought, he even bought the extras back from me, saving me a return trip to Canadian Tire. Very happy with the work he did!

I was looking for a company to do outside maintenance for my Mom who has a modular home on our property. I found 3 on the internet, she phone all three, one phone back a week later too busy, one mailed her a quote without looking at the job. Then there was Jag and his partner, they returned the call and stopped by at the end of the day to check out what was required, gave a price and booked an appointment that evening for a week later. So right from the get go we were impressed with how professional they were. They power washed a vinyl fence and her patio, cleaned her roof, gutters in and out, windows, she was very impressed with their work. My husband and I decided to have them clean our roof gutters, several skylights, a glass cover for our patio, windows, and our shop gutters. We were very happy with the job, and very good value for your money. I would recommend Mint Property Services in a heart beat.Services: Rooftop/skylight cleaning
