Awesome retailer. I contacted them via email, told them what vehicle I drive and roof rack I have. They recommend a roof top tent model that would fit my vehicle and lifestyle. I purchased it on a Monday it was delivered with every part I required in perfect shape on a Thursday. I was camping with the tent on the Friday.

Fantastic to have a huge variety of hard-to-source products available locally with a super friendly crew to help. The Modula team had the exact rack I was searching for (Sherpa Crestone) in-stock at their warehouse, were able to have it in my hands the next day, and the price was competitive. I'll certainly be returning for my future rack needs ???

Shopped around a bit for some racks and a kayak carrier. Modula had the largest selection, and were the the cheapest. They shipped a wrong item (the clips and feet) but took care of getting things straightened out right away. Really friendly and helpful.

I gave 5 stars to Modula Racks even I haven't ordered anything from them by now. Their website is very informative and their customer service is amazing. And after all, their price is really good with Canada wide free shipping! Nowadays there are not many independent online stores can beat Amazon's price. Actually I almost ordered a pair of multi-fit crossbars from them earlier this week, but unfortunately I didn't do it at last minute because the delivery time I requested is too tight - I'm in Ontario and need to receive the order in 2 days. I will definitely order some car accessories from them sooner or later.
