I finally found the vitamin I was looking for and was so thrilled to see a place in B.C. carried it. The more local for me the better. However, I never received an email in regards to the order. Only thing I had was a notification through the Shop app. I had emailed twice (nervous I had made a mistake and it was a scam) but got absolutely zero response which left a really sour taste in my mouth. I then tried a different email and asked for a refund because I didn’t know what was happening with it. Next thing I know I get my refund with no explanation. I’m not sure what happened there. If they had responded to my first email to let me know yes the order was good I probably would have waited it out. Can’t say it was the greatest experience unfortunately.

I stumbled upon Natural Focus online yesterday morning while looking for a specific flavour of tea of a brand that big name and local health stores in my area did not carry/have in stock. I do not live on the mainland and I figured I had plenty of time for this item to be delivered before the holidays since it is part of a gift. Did NOT expect next day delivery! Wow, just WOW! Incredible customer service, competitive pricing, well packaged, and bonus samples with a lovely hand written note. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friend and will be checking it out for myself too (maybe even one day in person!)
