I went to buy gift for my brother and apparently I looked at jordan 11s on the wall and thought I’ll come back again for those as my mom would kill me if I bought another pair of Jordan’s as I have more than 100 shoes now. But one of the employees his name is ‘SAM’ convinced me to try them on and on god this shoes were so so comfortable but still I had second thoughts on buying them. But his amazing service and positive attitude made me pay 200 dollars on my first pair of jordan 11s. Mostly I always go for look not comfort but this shoes were so damn comfortable that I couldn’t say no. I really wanna thank SAM for wonderful service and making it personal as you treat people with so much respect and love. Keep up the good work pal.

My favourite shoe store to shop in. The staff are amazing here. It’s insane what they have to deal with day in day out as Guildford’s general customer base is incredibly moronic and very low IQ overall. They go above and beyond when helping me find shoes and always recommend ideal additional items if needed. The employee that helped me was Kurt and he was the BEST!

Is this way to attend the customer???
Next time if customer is coming just say him to stay away from customers
He is with patchy beard and moustaches
So just train your employees first and then open the store

The reps seem like they are forced to work.
Even though the store was empty when i started looking at shoes and the two reps were talking among themselves, while the guy kept his feet on the bench where we try shoe.
I was walking up to them and no reaction till the time i spoke first and kept my request to them.
I mentioned it’s my first time buying at nike and i have no knowledge, the girl seemed enthusiastic , gave two suggestions and left, and the guy with no name tag stayed away with no attention to us even though the store the almost empty. Always had to call the guy for shoe size change and every time would go away again, then again call him told him our selection for purchase.
I mean I understand our clothes weren’t the best that would indicate our purchasing power but the in store experience didn’t feel much different than the online shopping the main difference, it felt like we are irritating them.
Also while we were checking out, the guy was standing with one feet on the bench where we just sat again.
For that Nike needs to be more lenient and provide chairs.
