My family has been going here for years and typically when we pick up - we are handed our clothes first and then pay. Today I was asked to pay and then handed my outfit after, I thought this was odd but I just listened and paid. I was then handed my outfit (which I had paid in full) that was in worse condition than when I dropped it. Payment was taken first as he knew service was not to par. Very disappointing and sneaky behavior. Beware and check your items before paying.

Went their for laundry last weekend, they don’t even see what clothes are coming. They must have put the kitchen clothes with bed sheets and it all tore apart and rolled over each other. All the whites are still yellowish, not clean at all.
Would not recommend this coin laundry even if you live close by. They can definitely damage your clothes a 100%. Tried and tested

I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at this dry cleaning business. I was quoted one price 35$ per jacket, but when I arrived to pick up my items, I was charged almost double (210$ 3 jackets and 1 coat) without any prior notice or explanation for . When I questioned the discrepancy, the owner responded rudely and, to my shock, shifted the blame onto one of their Indian employees in a way that felt discriminatory and inappropriate.
Not only was the issue of overcharging never addressed properly, but the way it was handled—by deflecting responsibility and making insensitive remarks—was completely unacceptable. No employee should be scapegoated in that manner, and no customer should be subjected to such behavior.
This experience has left a lasting negative impression. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to consider how they value integrity, respectful service, and accountability before supporting this business.

Great customer service! The place is clean and well maintained! The lady who helped me is super sweet and very helpful. Prices are reasonable. I recommend this place over any other laundromat in the area.

Checked Google for opening time on a Saturday, it says 9am and its now 930am. No one has showed up to open. Very unprofessional and deceiving

Went to wash a sleeping bag. I don't normally use laundry mats so I can't comment on price compared to other places but it was reasonable. The place was clean. I was impressed with the service. The lady was very friendly. Guided me on which machine to use, where to put the soap and was ready to give me change. She could have up sold me with a larger machine and suggest using a dryer but told me best to fluff it up and sun dry if I can. I would defiantly come here again if I need a laundry mat. They noticed that they also have drop off service.

Decent prices.Shares jazz music on a good stereo just loud enough to keep your attention. Love it! Friendly owners but employees not so much. Quite pushy with the 'hurry up' LoL Older woman started up the machines before I even put soap and softener so the last few had been running for several minutes just on water by the time I got to them.

Love this place. Still my favourite even after moving to Langley, good vibes, good tunes, staff are super nice, and will let you pay by card at the end if you don’t have quarters. Really love the atmosphere, feels more like a cafe and it makes going to the laundromat feel less like a chore and more like an outing.
