This is my second trip to Matt, Faith,Mick, and Jack at Ocean Park Automotive. This time I brought them my collector MGB. They correctly diagnosed why it was grinding going into 2nd gear, giving it a temporary fix. Then they gave an inspection (requested by me) suggesting other matters graded for urgency needing follow up. Excellent value for money. Please consult with the shop before bringing them a collector, as it apparently is a special situation. I will be back so these friendly, skilled, professional people can complete the repairs needed.

I recently contacted this auto shop about replacing the inner tie rods on my vehicle. I had already gotten an inspection done at the Ford dealership on King George in South Surrey and provided all the necessary information to the auto shop via text message. However, they wanted to charge me for another inspection. When I told them that the inspection had already been completed, they never responded and refused to provide a quote. It seems like this place is shady.
Update: Customer service reached out after they saw my google review, they offered complimentary inspection which i declined, all they wanted to know if my vehicle is electric or hydraulic power steering, so I clarified that it's electric.
I received a quote for Two inner tie rod replacement at $712.01
Basic wheel alignment - $201.59, which seems above the market price.
Shop supplies including tax $21.01
Total labour and parts -$934.61
So, I'm upgrading my review to a three star because I can't give them 5 stars just for a quote, and since I didn't use their services yet, I can't provide additional rating.

First time at OPA. I usually bring my 4 Series BMW to the Dealer (or else the car will explode as per BMW..) but I had 3 drops of oil under my passenger side that need attention asap.
Made an appointment online for next day at 2pm.
They diagnosed my issue within 30mins, they had the parts (I was floored) and they had my car back to me before 530pm closing same day.
This is my new BMW shop.
Langley BMW would have dragged this out for a week.
Thanks OPA Team. Great service. I'll be back.

Ocean Park Automotive did an excellent job on my car. I had been to the dealer and a well known automotive shop several times and none of them were able to find the source of the loud rattling sound I was hearing. Ocean Park found the problem right away and had it fixed quickly for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Great service and craftsmanship. I knew I left my car in good hands from the moment I met the staff. Car was tuned up, adjustments were made and I was given the sense of security that if anything goes wrong they are here to help !!!!

Fairly poor experience. Found the fear and predatory tactics less than ideal. Would also suggest getting alternative prices as they seemed quite high.
