Competent, friendly personneel thoroughly examine the damage to the tire and checking the possible options to solve my problem. Due to the fact that the damaged tire unfortunately was beyond repair, I needed to get a new tire, but due to my cars special 4-wheel-technology and the tread depth of the other 3 tires, they explained me in detail, why I unfortunately have to get 4 new tires. Over all I was treated very respectful and even with the not so nice consequence out of the result, I felt to get the best advice. Everything went smooth and fast, so I would recommend this place.
