They send us an email with a promo code. We come in to use it and apparently the code didn’t work and they refused to honor the promo. Instead they ask us to call customer service and figure it out! What a scam

Outstanding Service from Manager Gaurav at Old Navy!
I visited Old Navy this afternoon hoping to find a long dress during their sale. There weren’t many options left in my size and style, and I was just about to leave when Manager Gaurav stepped in to help.
He spent a full 15–20 minutes searching for the perfect dresses for me, truly going above and beyond even though my exact style wasn’t available. His dedication, patience, and genuine effort were remarkable. Hats off to Gaurav for showing what exceptional customer service looks like — it’s clear he leads his team by example to create great shopping experiences and drive sales through care for customers.

I never write reviews but the level of rudeness from the store manager was honestly disgusting. She antagonized me right from the start and was just a straight up a-hole, insisting a defective product I was returning was my fault due to improper care...it was falling apart after 1 wash on a gentle cycle (washed with silk pillowcases). She didn't believe me, and loudly told me I must have washed it with a towel (which I didn't..but even if I had...a product should not fall apart after one wash with a towel??). After reading other reviews, I'm not the first one to have this experience with her, I can't believe she has a job there.

I buy most of my clothing from Old Navy because the tall sizes fit perfectly. Im becoming frustrated with the trend away from cotton however....disappointing.Although this location seems a bit smaller than some other stores i enjoy shopping here....no huge lineups and always able to find help. While hard to find tall stuff on location sometimes, I can usually find my size to try and then I can order longer lengths online. Refunds and exchanges are never a problem. Staff is polite and helpful. Met a manager recently and she was so helpful and funny...worth a mention...her name is Onadae. I will be back. Shopping here is fun and I can always find an amazing deal on the clearance rack. Good job.

Inder has an awesome store, and great staff. Their constant new inventory keeps us going back for everyday items — especially with a baby we need a lot of comfortable, affordable clothes.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The manager there was extremely rude and unprofessional. Terrible of someone who should be leading by example. Her sales associate was very nice and apologetic and I honestly feel bad that he has to work for a manager like that. Won’t go back there.
