I recently visited Olsen and was appalled by the unprofessional conduct of their employees. After a customer left the store, I overheard employees engaging in disrespectful conversation, mocking the customer, and laughing about the situation. This behavior reflects poorly on Olsen and creates a hostile environment for customers. I expected better from a reputable establishment like Olsen and am deeply disappointed by this experience.

So I went to this store today and I was not impressed.Met two elderly women probably Manager and sales associate.There was no word from from them,no greetings, nothing from them.I was struggling to get in and out of the store with mychilds stroller, they did not even acknowledge that someone was in the store,they were just chatting away. I passed by them.at the fromt nothing from themI then realised maybe because I am black I do not worth the price of the things in their store so I left very embarrassed.Please can you change your sales people to younger ladiesThank you.

I bought a scarf on clearance for about 25 bucks. It looked fine when I bought it, but after I washed it, following the instructions, it had holes in it, and a pulled thread. I asked if I could return it, and they said no, it is against their policy because it was final sale due to being on clearance. Other stores allow return of defective final sale items. I would expect a scarf in the $20 range to last past the first wash.

Quality & Service are the best. I shop at the Morgan Crossing store.It is wonderful to be greeted by name and my preferences remembered. My favourite Ladies Wear store both in person and on-line!

I bought a top at this store (which wasn’t inexpensive) and washed it according to the instructions. It shrank. I took it back to the store and was told by the manager that I must have tumble dried it (I didn’t). She also said that they didn’t accept returns without the tags - well obviously I’d cut the tags off when I wore the top. She then said it was company policy not to replace goods. When I said how come it’s company policy to sell faulty goods she just looked at me and said no one else had complained. I was pretty shocked by her attitude, she couldn’t have cared less and certainly wasn’t going to replace my top or give me a credit. I did send a complaint to Olsen through their website but have heard nothing back. Very disappointed as I love Olsen clothing and have bought quite a lot from this store and Bay outlets. Olsen have lost themselves a customer.

Just returned from shopping at this store. The staff were friendly, knowlegible and very helpful. The clothes are a little more expensive than some but are worth the extra money as the quality is very good. I will continue to recommend this store to friends and family...all in all a good shopping experience!! VCG.
