I came to this open box store today with an amazing guy who helped me out big time. His name is Drake, and honestly he made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Drake knew exactly what he was talking about, explained everything clearly, and showed real patience while helping me find what I needed.
Great customer service, great prices, and a great vibe overall. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

Will never order from here again. My lovely Canada Post mail carrier just had to stand at my door with this package in their hand and explain that they couldn't give it to me because OpenBox.ca had required that it be a card for pickup.
So now I have to wait until Friday and walk three blocks to get something that I needed today and which was just physically at my door. I paid for express delivery, this is literally the opposite.

Won't let me see or touch the product before I bought it. It is common sense that anybody would like to feel the product before buying especially when it is pre-owned.
These guys don't even take return for free, they charge 15% to take it back.
The guy finally started treating me well when he found out that I was there to buy.
Great price and warranty on products, but I would recommend to go elsewhere and be respected for a little more money out of your pocket.
