I'm filing a case with these guys. Craziest thing I've ever seen, AirPods got stolen recently and now it turns out these guys are selling it. I'm not sure what operation this 'professional' company is working under but I was checking the location of the airpods and they went all the way from toronto to your exact location and it turns out my airpods are on sale. WHAT A JOKE!

I would never buy from them anymore.I bought an “openbox” iphone from their website and it shipped from this location.The phone had some scratches on the body out of the box.I contacted them and they mentioned that an openbox item is a used item and they can only guarantee that there are no scratches only on the screen. They refused to return the phone. Obviously this is not the definition of an openbox item but a used/refurbished one. You cannot deceive people like that.So, be aware folks.

RUDE STAFF..Management: Its an Indian guy with little beard and side cut hair and a fake accent.. date of visit : 30Aug2023 .. Time 5:30PM.He ignored me couple of times pretending he is busy with other tasks .. Finally he agreed to help to come towards TV section..I asked for suggestions.. he said its written there.. Read it! I asked show me the “Best Deal” He redirected me to a TV and said “Thats the cheapest one”Would never visit again.

Very happy with my recent purchase. Gurjot was really helpful, very professional. I tend to have a habit of asking tons of questions before buying something. I loved that this guy answered each and every question of mine with a smile. He helped me find the right tv and my family is loving it :)

This guy was rushing me to do my purchase for AirPods Pro’s and I regret buying them from here. I wouldn’t bother at this location with this “managers” rushing. It’s the weekend there is no one in the store and I’m trying to buy some AirPods, why are you rushing me?

Disappointing Experience at OpenBox Surrey ?Right after I broke my laptop in Surrey, I went to purchase a MacBook Pro ($1500) from this store. Unfortunately, the troubles began shortly after my purchase.Upon receiving my laptop, I noticed that the charger had black stretch marks. I approached the staff and requested a replacement charger. The employee disappeared into the back room for about three minutes and returned with a charger, claiming it was a new one. However, upon closer inspection, I discovered numerous scratches on both sides of the supposedly "new" charger (see pics below)When I inquired about this, the staff member simply brushed it off, stating that there were no other chargers available for replacement. I needed a functional laptop for my work that evening so I just took it and left the store.This experience left me speechless, as it seems the store has zero regard on customer satisfaction. I hope that management at OpenBox Surrey takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their customer service and product quality.

Another store that struggles with supply chain management, and has always done so but before they were honest. Do not order from them online or in-store - they struggle to deliver to your door; I ordered a ipad mini 6 and am still waiting (of course with online customer service not helping).I have used them from the early days and then they were honest - if you see an item that your like online, phone the closest stores one by one and ask if they have any; if they say yes ask the name of the person and ask them to hold it for you. If they no then move on. Do not order it online (even if they might say they have stock in their warehouse) or go into a store even if its says there is stock online; they can't deliver it to you. Its the old story" if you can't touch it and feel it, then it does not exist". Bring you into the store for the old "bait and switch". Take you money for a product that never arrives; and then be r-e-a-l slow with the acknowledgment and eventual refund. Not considered to be ethical business practices but there you go - buyer beware! Its 2 star because if the product is in the store then it is normally at the quality level and price that they stated; I have had no reason to return anything. Check Amazon on pricing though - they have increased their pricing compared to Amazon open box over the years.

Open box has great deals and even better customer service. In my experience, JP went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and it’s shipment. He gave me his time even when he didn’t have to. For that I am very grateful.
