Bought some items for my cat and Glen was very helpful. He gave me good suggestions for the type of food to get for our kitten. He spent a fair bit of time with us; will definitely go back !!

I absolutely love this place. They are beyond helpful if you have questions they have all the best foods for any type of animals and advice and on top of that they also give free treats sometimes and are so kind ! They also provide grooming services !!!

I visited this shop for the first time the other day. When I entered, I was immediately greeted by a lady at the front, with a big smile. I told her it was my first visit, & she showed me ALL AROUND the shop & was super friendly & helpful.
A great little shop, I highly recommend them. And my cat food was a couple bucks cheaper than PetSmart.

Lisa was everything I could hope for - she was friendly to both me and my dog, she explained what she was going to do before hand, and confirmed what she'd done after. My pooch smells great, is happy, his nails are trimmed and filed (and not sharp!), and it was very affordable. We will be back!

My Tango had grooming at Pet Solutions on July 9 , 2024. When I got her home I had noticed that she got a cut on her neck . I called the owner to let him know the incident but he wasn’t at the store and he did not get back to me . Tango got a cut on her ear and nail bleeding in Nov/2023 - I wanted to support the business in my neighborhood, therefore, I continued to use their services and I often buy products here- But this time I was disappointed because he injured my Tango and did not tell me when I came to pick up my dog- And he did not call to say sorry to me . I would not recommend Pet Solutions because of their bad services .

What can I say about this place? My family has been coming here for so many years and the staff has always been phenomenal. Not too mention the selection of speciality pet products! Always love shopping here.

I ONLY go here for my kitty foods and treats because they are a family owned store all natural and prices are amazing! but today on Sunday I don’t think I will be going back due to one employee and his BAD RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! they are nicer ways to talk to people and tell them your policies

A big shop having almost all sorts of pet supplies. Happen to go there after few years and it has grown in size and varieties of stuff it carries now than before. They do have a separate area with boxes for pet food and other items for the needy pets. Array of supplies is vast - food, carriers, toys, accessories, beds and blankets. It’s really a supermarket for all pet owners. Few items I found are higher than normal, price wise, but one can understand that because of the rent and other higher overheads! There is lot of free parking space! Recommended.

Took my pup for her first grooming session! Was kinda stressed I might've missed the chance to get her used to it, but it turned out to be a fantastic first time. She got a blowout, a little trim, and her nails done. She had some mats under her belly, but the groomer got rid of them all. Plus, they cleaned up her tear stains. Groomer was upfront about what to expect, so I came back feeling reassured that my pup would be fine.
