Got the best service this morning (November 9th, 2024) from the most helpful, courteous, friendly, sales associate at this location. Wish I would have gotten her name. She had longer hair and was definitely loving her job. She helped me with aquarium plants and set up a new account for myself because I couldn't remember my old phone number. Hadn't been at this location since moving to Langley but will frequent more often. Plus the birds and small mammals are kept in the best enclosures with the best enrichment environments I have seen. Way to go Petland. Definitely an A+ store to frequent to spoil my small zoo at home.

Excellent pet store, full of supplies and treats for all types of animals. Prices are very reasonable and they have a lot of stuff for smaller pets. Helpful staff will help find exactly the right item for you and your pets, will definitely buy from here again!

We were going to an American owned pet store before discovering Petland and I’m really glad we made the switch. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! I go in with my two young kids and the staff are always patient and kind with them. My dog has been dealing with some food allergies, and the staff has been so helpful in helping us find the right food for our furry family member. I’ve built such an awesome relationship with the employees and I feel so welcomed. There’s never any headaches with returns or exchanges. Interacting with the staff doesn’t feel transactional at all - feels like I’m actually a human they’re dealing with instead of just a customer. Highly recommend!
