Not a place of quality customer service, stood waiting for 10 minutes just for someone else to be served first. There were two people right there and I spoke up a few times. Do better guys.

Alicia helped us a lot to prepare for our cat post neutering, she showed us cones and also some paper litters. I have created an account and will come back because of her help. Thanks a lot Alicia

When Bruno came home after grooming, it was one of the most emotionally disturbing things I’ve ever seen. This did not look like the same puppy we had dropped off. His fluffy, curly coat — the very thing that makes him Bruno — was gone. He was shaved down so short that he looked bare, almost like a skeleton, and to make it worse, he had a rash on his private area.
But what broke me the most was not just how he looked, but how he was. Bruno didn’t bounce around like his usual happy, playful self. Instead, he seemed sad, withdrawn, and almost depressed — as if he knew something had been taken away from him. His eyes didn’t shine with the same joy, and it crushed me to see him like that.
We all care for Bruno so deeply, making sure his coat is looked after, using the best products, brushing and maintaining him with love. To see him come back home in this state — unrecognizable, uncomfortable, and clearly not himself — was devastating. It’s something that will stay in my mind for a very long time.
This whole experience was truly heartbreaking. No pet parent should ever have to bring their dog home and feel like they’re looking at a completely different, sadder version of them.

This was by far the worst grooming experience I have ever had. My 8-month-old poodle went in for a trim, and I specifically requested to keep his coat length about one finger long (just trimmed to half) while maintaining his curls and nose hair. The original haircut price is $80 plus taxes, but I was quoted $105+ taxes for a “custom cut.”
Before leaving Bruno, I even showed Ana (the groomer) a sample picture of exactly what I did not want — I made it clear that I did not want the typical shaved poodle cut. She confirmed she understood, agreed not to take his curls off, and even noted that Bruno had no tangles in his coat (only one small knot under his arm). I’ve been extremely careful and consistent with his coat care, using high-quality products and regular maintenance to keep his curls healthy and shiny.
When I came to pick him up, I was devastated. Instead of the light trim we agreed on, my puppy had been shaved down so close that he looked like a skeleton, with no curls left. His ears were cut right down to the skin, leaving them looking flat with no volume, and I noticed rashes on his genital area from over-trimming. To make matters worse, his eyes weren’t even cleaned properly — something that should be a basic part of grooming.
I was so heartbroken that I literally burst into tears when I saw him. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, Ana told the manager she would “step away from the situation” and walked off without even apologizing or showing any empathy. That reaction made the entire experience even more upsetting.
The storefront manager was sympathetic and confirmed she understood, but said there was nothing she could do — she couldn’t “put the hair back on Bruno.” She offered compensation in the form of two complimentary trims for Bruno while his hair grows out, which I appreciated, but it still doesn’t undo the damage that was done.
I left deeply disappointed and heartbroken. I will not be returning to PetSmart grooming and strongly urge management to take this seriously so no other pet parent has to go through the same painful experience.

Very poor grooming service at PetSmart. I specifically requested to keep my puppy’s curls and length, not the shaved poodle look. The groomer Ana confirmed she understood, saw there were no tangles (except one small knot), and still shaved him down completely. His ears were cut harshly, rashes appeared, and his eyes weren’t even cleaned. When I broke down in tears, Ana walked away and refused to address it. The store manager was sympathetic and offered two free trims while his coat grows back, but that does not undo the mistake. Extremely disappointed.

Petsmart has the sickest fish I've seen at any of the stores. Please shop local, it's better.
