Great store always have crickets, this petsmart doesn’t have a lot of live animals, they really only have a few fish, but good store food for dog/cat food

I had called a few days ago to ask about nail clipping services and they told me we can walk in any day between 9-5:30pm no problem. A few days later when my family and I were off work we walked in with our 90 lb golden retriever and were turned away as the groomer can only clip nails of dogs that are max 40 lbs and told us to try the location that is at least a 30 minute drive away. The groomer said it’s because she has a bad back, but the delivery of how she said it to us was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome and like we were an inconvenience.This type of information should have been told to us over the phone so we could have made accommodations elsewhere. I used to like this Petsmart but will refrain from giving them anymore of my business in the future.

Very poor service and bad attitude, specially from Tyler... He has no knowledge ,bad behavior.. and very annoying personality..
I am surprised, why Pet smart keep below average skill people..
when they are so many good people ready to work,
Manager should be equally blame for this as they don't train staff and keep trash .
Just Avoid this store..

Absolutely great workers here, super friendly & and helpful. Just wish the store wasn't so small & they provided training.

Helpful staff. Has the items I need. The only complaint is that they're in a busy complex, and it can be hard to find a parking spot or navigate around the small and tight parking lot.
