Every time I come here, Katrina has aleays been very helpful. She is knowledgeable and always keen to assist. I am also in retail and I know it is difficult to find the good ones. I hope someone does read this and give her the recognition she deserves. She is one of the main reasons I come to the location.

I never had pet grooming experience here, but I see very good pet products here. Over all the pet merchandise I prefer pet smart for their variety and quality of pet products. I had usually done off store shopping, but always had a very good experience in finding what I actually require for my paw buddies. They love it so much. The prices are also reasonable, as per the promising quality. So it’s a high recommended.

Lost my bracelet 3 days ago and Petsmart. I didn't realize this till 2 days later. I took my chance calling them. I spoke to an associate, Kamal and she said no one had turned it in. A few minutes later, she called me back to let me know they have it. Thank you! ?

Not really good for bathing your pet my dog was still dirty and then on top I bought some toys and bones and i couldn't return them because they felt uncomfortable to give me store credit what the hell does that flipping mean!!!! They feel uncomfortable!?!?!!!???

Plese dont go there for grooming at all.I would not even give one star to this location. They booked the grooming appointment for my dog and we left our dog at the location for grooming and they told us to come after 3 hours and when i tried calling them after 3 hours they said your dog is big and we could not do his service... you should call us early we wasted our whole day.

Do not ever take your pet to this location for any veterinary services because the vet over here just wants to make money , he don’t really care about your pet.
So today I took my little puppy for neutering and i was just waiting outside for little bit if they call me for anything. So they called me after 10 minutes that my dogs one testicle is still inside and they have to do his abdominal surgery to take the other testicle out and I asked them is it ok if I can wait few more months if the other testicle comes out and have surgery then and she said they already gave him sedation.
Like Really? You guys are calling me after seduced him ?
Anyway I asked her why you guys didn’t checked before you seduced him and she said he was not letting them to check.
Let me tell everyone that I have very small shih t zu and he is very loving puppy, he does not get aggressive and no biting. But they said he was very aggressive. I ask them to give my dog back as I don’t want any treatment from you guys . Then the vet came over the phone and he said same thing and I asked same thing and he got very upset with me because I was asking they should check everything before they start any treatment.
They said it will take 15 minutes so they will give me my dog but it took 45 minutes so now I have my dog but still he is very sleepy and not feeling well .
Please do not take your pet babies to this vet , he is worthless.?
