Being a huge animal person I've been dealing with PetSmart for basically my entire life since I got my first hamster as a little boy to the menagerie of animals I have now. I always love the friendly service and good selection. Highly recommend for animal lovers!

I visited this fish store yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience started off quite disappointing. The first staff member who assisted us refused to pick the specific fish we wanted, even though it was part of her job. She seemed uninterested in helping and unwilling to provide proper customer service, which was surprising because in all our previous visits, the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Her attitude left a negative impression and did not reflect the good service we usually receive here.
Thankfully, Barb, a senior staff member, noticed the situation and stepped in to help us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and it was immediately clear that she genuinely loves pets and enjoys what she does. Even though it wasn’t her responsibility, she went out of her way to assist us and made the whole experience pleasant and positive.
Because of Barb’s excellent customer service, caring nature, and genuine passion for animals, I’m giving this review 5 stars. She truly turned our experience around and represents what great customer service should be. Thank you, Barb!

I have no idea how this place is still open, specifically their grooming services. I dropped in to get my dog’s nails trimmed which is advertised as a drop-in service. I was told they didn’t have anyone to do it though they had no other customers and two women working (this was about 4:30pm). I then asked what time they closed and the girl said she didn’t know and any time between “5-6pm”. The girl in the back then took her headphones off and said “I can’t do it because I’m off now.” I then called the manager who said they were short-staffed in the grooming salon and who extended his apologies.
Fast forward to yesterday. I decided to give them another shot. Brought the dog in as a drop in which is how the nail services are advertised. Got turned away yet again and booked in for an appointment at 11:30am today instead. Proceeded to get a phone call within 30 minutes saying she made a mistake and they had no open slot until 2:30pm after all…. I mean, who is running this business?

Today we had a wonderful experience with the grooming department. I highly recommend taking your dog for a groom at this location. My cavapoo is just around a year old and this is her 4th groom visit. It was her first visit to petsmart and this was her best haircut I've seen. Devin did an incredible job and I would highly recommend her for any grooming. She is very kind, caring, professional, and skilled. The other groomers were also very kind and professional. I will continue to do business with Petsmart because of the great service provided and I appreciate the attention to detail and care for my dog that Devin, the staff, and Petsmart provided. Thank you!
