Planet fitness don't provide option to cancel membership, you have to visit gym any how if you want to cancel it also provide them valid reason too. Any-case person is busy and don’t have time for gym. They cant opt the option of cancellation as one of their receptionist told me provide us a valid reason to cancel it, like seriously this is not enough that I am paying for gym where I don’t able to go due to my busy schedule. Even they are not going to cancel my membership as 1st of dec they are going to charge and today it’s 30th nov. They need 7 days to cancel. Like you guys are really don't mention on the first day of ur cancellation rules. One of my friend give me a free trial period to check that am able to go or not. And these guys are charge me for nothing I use of their services. Really bad services of planet fitness

My experience with planet fitness was worst. I was told I would receive a call from the manager 2 weeks and till date am waiting for the call. Whenever you will call to talk to manager they will say she is in a meeting (no idea how on earth she is always attending a meeting). Called about my health situation and said can't visit in person to cancel the subscription, yet they didn't cooperate.Their annual subscription or monthly subscription could not be cancelled if you don't visit them (even if you say you have met with an accident or out for some family emergency)Staff aren't cooperative at all.If possible would have give negative rating.

I'm giving less stars Because so many issues.Lots of times I've complained about people not cleaning machines, it's nasty and I see 2-5 people every time. When you complain they say they will let management know, that's it.Lay down tanning bed, face light burnt out for a year, they told me just lay backwards, what's the point of having a face tanner if you can't fix..Massage bed breaks lots..Crowded small gym, people stand and stare waiting for you to finish. Others on equipment sit on their phones way more then working out and we have to wait for the Facebook uploads lol.Also very smelly, not sure why some don't use deodorant!They need better air circulation. And maybe stickers on every machine to remind people to clean them, but I bet they still won't! Lots of disrespectful people.

I have been going to Planet Fitness since they opened in Surrey - I was one of their first customers - the variety of equipment, cleanliness, the open 24/7 hours and friendly staff and of course the affordable monthly pricing for full use of all of the services- also flexibility in going to other locations.

This location is amazing, so clean and staff are always so friendly. Their variety of equipment is exactly what I need. I try to workout at night because then the gym is rather empty, which I prefer because I am shy sometimes. I will note that parking can be difficult at times, but that's out of their control and does not affect the experience you will have once you get into the gym. I absolutely love being a Black Card member because for $25 a month, the amenities included are incredible. Tanning, hydromassage, clean showers, private locker rooms and access to some programs. Also, if you're like me and forget to bring a drink with you, you get 50% off select drinks with your Black Card membership.

I'm actually a member of that gym in King george surrey. Frankly, the staff is amazing. The only downside is that people come to the gym to socialize, not to work out. Most of them are on their phone doing Instagram pictures texting , working in groups of 3 ,4 people, and you don't have access to the machine have to wait , and even some taking rest time for 15 minutes . A little message to the management you guys need to start selling deodorant in that gym cause sometimes you can't even breathe it stinks, sanitizer are given to clean equipment but some fellow don't even know how to clean properly they spray the seat without wiping it properly it sound like this place is becoming a zoo too many people less equipment . The management needs to find a better way to solve those issues .

The staff are very kind and monthly cost to use this gym is inexpensive, for that I give 2 stars. However the general etiquette of the gym goers here is poor. Constant crowding, leaving plates on machines and carelessness. The smell of this gym is often unbearable to the point I cut my workout short. Not sure how people have such a lack of social awareness to not know they stink. Not a lot of negativity to say about the gym itself but rather the ones that use it.

I've had the pleasure of interacting with Enrico (my apologies if i am pronouncing it wrong) at the gym, and I can't speak highly enough about him. He's incredibly kind and always willing to lend a hand whenever I need assistance. It's refreshing to have someone like Enrico around, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Keep up the fantastic work!

It's affordable, open 24/7 so you can workout whenever you want. Stuff doesn't do much there, usually on their phones or hang out with others.Bad thing is that people doesn't wear deodorant so it can be very uncomfortable workout when it's crowded.

I'm thrilled to share my review of this gym! The cleanliness and spaciousness of the facility create a pleasant workout environment. The equipment is of high quality, ensuring an effective and enjoyable exercise session. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to assist. The Black Card perk of a 10-minute massage is a delightful treat, though I must admit, it does leave me wanting more!The only slight inconvenience is the evening crowd, which can lead to some wait times for equipment. However, the ample parking spaces make up for it, providing convenience to members. Despite this minor setback, I'm genuinely happy with the gym and its overall offerings. It's a great place to achieve my fitness goals, and I look forward to continuing my workouts there!

I have been trying to cancel my membership for weeks now with no help from staff. Refusal to cancel my membership is getting ridiculous. Before this I loved going to PF, clean location, friendly staff. Although there is a huge presence of males who stare at the girls during workouts and won't share machines. They have this weird group of around 12 guys who take turns doing the machines and will not let anyone else use them. Usually the pull weight machines and the dumbbells. Incredibly difficult as a girl to lift weights at this gym because of this.Anyways. I moved a few weeks ago and have tried to cancel my membership several times. Sent two letters through mail: no response. Emailed five times: no response. Starting to wonder how one can cancel a membership. I do not live anywhere close to a PF and cannot go in person to cancel. They make it ridiculously difficult and don't consider people's living situations (EG: MOVING!!) Last time I moved I had to cancel club16 and I sent one simple email and they happily did it for me. Because of this cancellation process I will literally never sign up for PF again. TOO MUCH HASSEL. I cannot get in contact with a single person who can help me and when I call the staff literally refuses to help cancel. Its awful service for someone who has moved far away. I will continue to try to reach out to PF support but I may have to cancel through my bank now. Would give zero stars if I could based on this experience alone.

I haven’t been in the gym in months so didn’t realize a couple of payments didn’t go through. I called and happened to speak to the Manager Soham. He helped me make a payment plan & let me use the gym till all payments were made, even takings a month off the payment. He was really kind, extremely helpful, and very fast. ?

First time I visited this King George/104 location. I am from Langley, but was in the Surrey area and thought I would do a drop in. The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly as I have ever met. I have already told my friends of my wonderful experience Exclamation

Owner please train your employee name KARAM. She was making fun of me when his colleague made fun of me. They don’t even know how to handle customer. That is why I prefer going car branch than the one close to my house.
