Parking lot was full so I parked out back beside a bay door. Worker began throwing his hands up at me and yelled at me to move. Very rude. I drove back to the front and one stall had just opened up. Jay was very respectful but his associates need an attitude check.

Once again, Karm and the team at Premier Collision have outdone themselves. Quality workmanship for this shop and excellent customer service. The owner/mechanic takes time to explain the issue in detail. Work completed on time and they also have courtesy car. We highly recommend Karm/Premiere Collision.

Absolutely the best! Understanding and explaining and following through with delivered results, plus service to the 'nth degree.
Not the minimum, the full deliverable service available. Plus additionally, a level of detailing that was not expected; much appreciated. I recommend Premiere Collision, wholeheartedly; and will utilize their service again - hopefully won't be necessary, but if!

The crew was accommodating and fixed more than what I came in for but also fixed my radio station / audio which I was having trouble setting up. I got my car fixed here about a month ago. Professional since the beginning, I got an estimate right away ( not like other shops where I waited and didn’t even get an email as promised ), got a courtesy car ( other shops wouldn’t offer ) and the repair itself? …. If I could give 6stars, I would! My car looks like new! The team did even great detailing inside!

I was very impressed with the staff at this Collision Body Shop. Everything was professional and staff were so helpful. Dropping off process was quick and easy and the vehicle was ready, cleaned and returned to me on time when promised. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family.
