I had a really smooth experience with Public Storage. Booking was easy, the unit was clean, and the location felt safe and secure. Staff were professional and helpful. Overall, very happy with the service.

Very good and professional customer service by front desk guy WOOD, and manager . Having a storage past 4 months and it is a great experience.
Best storage in the area, and it’s budget friendly too.
Working hours are so good, Also, they can keep your key safe if you always forget it home like me😅
Location is great too, easy accessible

This public storage is the best option for us to store our house items.
The staff is very nice and Angelika the branch manager at Langley was very professional and kind to us .
It was a great experience to deal with this storage company .
We would fully recomed this place when it comes about storaging.

This place was great. I rented a locker for almost 11 months. Very clean, secure and staff is really good. A little bit pricey but definitly worth it.

Three months ago my wife and I rented a small 5X10 locker, they had a promo that your first 3 months were 50% off. Their customer service has fantastic from the start, they made all the paper work so rad and quick, were very clear and accommodating to various details. Fast forward, I followed up one day to see if I could switch to a larger unit so they showed me the next two sizes up and let me assess and get back to them. They reserved the size I requested and sent a confirmation about the details, everything was so easy and cannot express just how good the customer service is. Especially to both Angelika and Rish. They let me borrow their house pad lock so I didn’t have to buy a second one I only needed for a few hours to switch things from one unit to the other, they also let me use there personal little trolly when the main moving trollies were in use so I could get started. They also gave us a 50% promo for the first 3 months in the new unit.
They also have been great with follow up via email or courtesy calls about our unit/ account details close to the end of term for the initial 3 months, move out/ in dates and any other things that are time sensitive as to not over charge us.
After using a different storage company years ago and had a terrible experience with having payment issues, accessing issues and some customer service issues over the nearly the whole year we were there we were hesitant to deal with another storage locker situation but after reading reviews for this location of Public Storage we thought we would give it another shot an we are very happy we did.
I highly recommend them. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed in the experience they provide. 5-stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Signing up and moving in was simple and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and took the time to call personally if a payment deadline was coming up, which was appreciated.
When I went in to close my account after two years, the staff member actually remembered me by name even though I hadn’t seen them since the day I signed up, which was pretty impressive.
The only thing I’d change is the website and payment portal, which could be a little glitchy at times. Otherwise, smooth experience thanks to the people.
