We had to get storage for my dad's apartment as he passed away unexpectedly and we had limited time to get his stuff out. Public storage staff on Scottroad Lucas and Niya (I don't know if I am getting names right sorry) were very accommodating and helpful as we needed to postpone our reservation by a day and changed the size of storage space needed. They also were very informative and made sure we knew pricing so that we could make the best decision for ourselves when it came to price and knowing all that was expected of us when renting the space. They were both kind and helped us.

I would highly recommend this public storage. The units were really clean and the staff was really helpful. Jasmin and Manjit guided me really well as to choosing the right storage. Excellent customer service.

Was a decent experience indeed. I needed storage and got rental on the day I needed for the size I wanted. I rented it monthly with no real set day of moving out. Once I was done using I came in and let them know I moved out and that was that. Painless and easy

Great service. Knowledgable. Unbeknownst to me, they offered their deal off of the 1st month. Good sign of great customer service. The one time I visited though was on a Stat holiday and the gate would not open even though it 'granted me access'. No one to call. Good thing someone was inside at their locker to let me in. I would say you need to have a backup plan in case something like that happens because that's an important day for many if they're moving.
