I had 2 separate orders with Purolator. Both made no attempt to deliver to my actual address (I would have gotten a phone call from our front doorbell/or you'd think they would have left a note). I received ZERO communication from Purolator about my package. I had to find out where it was from the seller themselves. The seller directed me to the local distribution centre that they said their tracking showed it was at; which the package was not at and I had to be redirected to a different one. Frustrating but some things are understandable. For the second package, I did receive an email about the delivery. The ONLY email I received was the email stating that they were returning my package because I didn't pick it up from the delivery site. I had it resent. I even tracked it on the website. Once again, it was returned before it even said it was delivered. I still don't have this package.I will never be interacting with Purolator again. It's not just a one time issue; it's every time.

I was at home waiting for the delivery, with my phone in hand and refreshing the tracking page, which showed the status "On vehicle for delivery." Suddenly, the page updated to "Attempted delivery - adult receiver unavailable." That's a lie! I was at home the entire time with my phone in hand. I didn't receive a call or text message... nothing! I can assert, with complete certainty, that this delivery attempt was not even made. I tried calling the company a few minutes after the incident, and all the representative could say was "sorry". Now I have to travel to pick up my package at a location far from my house. I'll have to waste almost 2 hours of my day and spend additional dollars on transportation to get a package that I paid to receive at home. As a customer, I will make it a point to contact Dell and express my frustration with this logistical service. I hope Dell chooses a better logistics partner. I am very, very, very upset about this! I'm giving one star because it's the minimum rating, as with this service, you don't even deserve one star!

This place doesn't deserve 0 star. I missed my delivery two times by mistake of courier man. I don't know why he is in so much rush. He doesn't care to deliver the item but care about stick the paper on the door. I was at home and specially waiting for door bell. At 10.10am I got a msg that I missed my package at 10.07am..how it is possible that I was dumb and deaf for three minutes..OMG it's ridiculous. I don't want any service with them.. 0000000

Fast, and accurate transaction. Convenient location. Good experience.Phone customer service great. Fast, easy, helpful, and friendly.Sent me a text follow up with a link to provide all the necessary information that I need, and I didn’t even asked for it.10/10

The worst delivery service ever! Driver said he attempted delivery and nobody was home when I was home all day and nobody came to my house. This has happened 3 times and purolator could care less.

Staff is extremely rude and hostile. They will not help with any request and are made snide remarks. Use someone else to send and receive packages.

Worst courier ever. Always pretending that they call but never do. And its so hard to pick up package they always go to main office and not close to the address. Overall very bad

This location doesn’t deserve one star. Their employees are super rude. I went their to pickup my order and one middle aged lady with blond ish white hair was not ready to help me in any way. When i asked her to call her manager she refused. I showed her my second piece of ID which was my lease agreement , again she refused. She is extremely rude. To the owner , if you are reading this please get rid of her. She’s ruining your reputation and business. And the fact she had the audacity to called the cops on me, when I did absolutely nothing wrong is insane. I’ve contacted my Lawyer, and he will be looking into this to see what he can do. I will not be humiliated because of your rude and unprofessional staff. If she had issues with my ID not matching my driving license, then she should’ve contacted Bell communications not me.

Their saturday service is of no use Delivered a package to go on saturday for a guaranteed delivery on monday. The package is late and hasnt got delivered u till tuesday late afternoon

No one call me upon deliver, i have been tracking a package, it’s 1 week late, calling Purolator all days, with the waiting time of 40 min, every time someone tells me something different, no one knows where is my package. Worst service ever!!

On June 5, 2023 i had an electric scooter to return to Amazon. Went to Canada Post and the first thing they tell me that they didn't have a printer. I had to go to a printing shop to get my labels. I come back and then they tell me they can't take any package that contains dangerous goods (lithium batteries). So much time wasted.Then i tried Purolator in the last minute . And to my surprise, they had no issues with handling dangerous goods. They even had those printers that printout sticky waterproof labels, which i found very convenient and professional.The office was about to close for the day (6pm). But those two girls working there were nice enough to take me in, and they stayed a little longer than closing time to process my order. They were so polite and helpful throughout the whole interaction. They definitely deserve a raise for providing such wonderful customer service.

April 24, 2023: “Delivery Attempt” at 12:40 pm. The truth is that there was no knock on our door. The delivery person left a delivery notice.I’m seriously wondering if the delivery person just makes up delivery notices, drives around and sticks them on doorknobs. The packages don’t even leave the truck until the shift’s end.Much faster than attempting to deliver a package.Low price? No question.Sometimes we have no choice about how our suppliers ship to us. Would I ever choose Purolator. No. Just no.

I had a good experience with the online you just need to say speak to a customer service twice and I was able to get my package redelivered!!! :) the lady was so kind on the phone ! Thanks

FOR AMAZON DELIVERIES: You can request for Amazon not to use Purolator. To do this, go to your Amazon Account, go to past orders and follow prompts on order delivery. Report problem with delivery. Eventually you still start a live chat. Have the customer service specialist record on your profile not to use Purolator. If Purolator won't fix itself, then stop using them.
