They tried to charge me $700 for replacing a spark plug and changing the fluids on my pressure washer after It took them less than 1 hour to diagnose the problem of why it wouldn't start.
After voicing my discontent and displeasure of that bill they reluctantly lowered it by 1 hour got mad at me for not recognizing their efforts etc etc
Also charged me for oil on the final bill... oil of which I purchased myself and drove to them out of my way as they were waiting for Lordco to deliver it and couldn't give me a time frame for completion and I needed to get my pressure washer back
Overcharges crazy and it's ironic that a former employee just recently left a review pointing this out then I became a victim of it myself

Absolutely useless... stood in line, only person in the place, waiting as many employees just waked past me doing nothing. Finally was able to order 100 nuts, bolts and washers which they had to order in. Said next day would be here.. 2 days later I go in to see if my order arrived, and they haven't placed it yet.. will not be going back.

Why can we see what u sell and what it costs u have lost a ton of business because we don't know what you have in store get with the times people do most of there shopping on line and only go to the store to pick up there order
