Really it’s the problem that bank staffs have no idea what they’re doing. Don’t look down at your customers who pay you your salary. You can do better. We’re in Canada, not asian countries where nobody trusts nobody. Too tired dealing with different cultures.

I'm getting very tired of the Royal Bank cutting services. Every time I seem to go in there, they're usually unable to help me because of changes they've made. Banking has become impossible for my elderly parents putting more stress on me. Pricing and rates are ridiculous, and going to the bank feels more like going through customs than it does retrieving your own hard-earned money. Rules and regulations have taken away my rights to my money, and retrieving it when I need it in the amounts that I needed. Mortgage experiences have been an absolutely nightmare, resulting in me almost losing out on a house I was buying because they couldn't move the money that needed to be moved unless I did it in small increments over 7 days. (When there's several people wanting to buy a house, they don't sit around and wait for a week for you to get your funding. I ended up having to borrow money from a friend as the bank never did come through for me). We're talking about money that is yours but you can't take it. It doesn't even matter if you have had a fantastic reputation with the Royal Bank for over 40 years, It just doesn't matter. I have removed my savings and no longer have more mortgages with them since the Royal Bank does not feel safe as they treat my money as it is theirs not mine. Also most importantly, given the fact that the Royal Bank happily goes along with very unprecedented and unethical government tactics and agendas to control people's voices, certainly became the last straw. This all coming from a customer that's been withthr Royal Bank since I was four years old, when compounding interest was actually a thing.

This organization has been taking someone elses mortgage payment out of my account without my authorization. I have no affiliation to the mortgage I'm paying for in any way. RBC refuses to address the issue. It has been six weeks and they still have not stopped the withdrawls or returned my funds. How does an organization get away with this? Is this not theft?

Poorly managed. Rude manager. Yes i do understand that i shouldn’t be talking on the phone while inside a bank, however i forgot at that moment because i got an urgent phone call.The way the manager asked me to not use my phone and leave the line was very rude. Very unprofessional. I didn’t want to make a scene out of it so i just kinda pretend it was fine. I kept my cool and didn’t utter a word. since then, ive never gone back to this branch.Bring your money where you are valued as a customer.

I have worst experience with this branch. I have opened my account in this bank. The employees are literally illiterate . They know nothing about banking. They dont know how to apply credit card. How to fix any problem . When you call them for any prob. Thex have no solution at all. Trust me dont open account in RBC

Royal bank is greedy. Records profits last few years and still low esavings/gic interest rates. So called managers not forgiving fees for long time customers so incompetent management can line there pockets with more greedy money.

This branch has terrible customer service. I usually don't leave bad reviews but the general manager and teller were very condescending and rude. They even started laughing at a customer near me who was politely asking for them to explain a basic service.. 0/10 do better

Worst run branch! Extremely upset with the treatment I received at this branch today. Felt completely disrespected and patronized by one of the managers, Kush Chatterjee, and the other manager, David, didn't provide much help either. Kept on telling me its their policy to place holds on drafts, which is guaranteed funds, but then eventually one of the managers David decided to reverse that decision after I made him look more into my client profile (but I had to explain that to him!). I've been a client for 23 years and even worked there for 7 years. Have had it with RBC and the lack of loyalty and care for their clients. Closing all of my accounts and products with them. The worst bank ever!

Very poorly managed branch. I was forced to go there because my branch closed. Lack of customer service and terrible atmosphere. They do not address customer concerns and come across as aloof. They don't seem to care or listen to what the customer is saying. I blame the Manager for this. I will not go back to that branch and will likely switch to a different bank. I would give 0 stars but this review won't let me.

This branch and RBC in general has really gone downhill. Right from the condescending and arrogant Paris Sahi to their head office. It took me two months to settle an issue that even the bank can't fully explain. I have closed my line of credit and stopped my rrsps and switched to a bank that treats me infinitely better. Never again RBC, especially not this branch. Beware.

not a customer friendly branch. I am a customer if i request for something, they should provide it to me especially if others can do which i really appreciate them especially those people from the croydon branch across London drugs in South Surrey, Thank you. I hope every branch should be accommodating like them and also the one at Fraser Highway and 160 street Thanks guys but not this one from 3002 and 152 street.

We found the tellers here are kind and efficient. They work hard to keep up to the constant changes demanded of them from head office.
