This branch is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and it's put a bad taste in my mouth as an RBC client of 20 years. My husband applied for a loan 2 months ago and a lady Paula-Marie Manuel has repeatedly not answered him, ignored him, is not doing her job. It should not take 2 months to get a loan. Absolutely ridiculous. If you get assigned this lady, I would recommend rebooting with someone else. Don't waste your time.

If I could post a zero star review I would.
A family member with the branch has fallen ill and has a condition that requires a power of attorney take control of financial decisions.
My partner provided the original power of attorney papers and a doctor's note to unlock her elders account. The account is still locked and no one at this branch is willing to help.
The account has been frozen for at least a month. My partner has been trying to pay for their relatives expenses in the meantime. But, as we all know, there's an unaffordability crisis. We need to find new housing and health care for the relative so we do need the account unlocked. You would think that the employees would understand the severity of the situation.
It's been a really sad experience and the level of incompetence is astounding. Now we must go to a new branch to see if this issue can be rectified. Absolutely the worst service imaginable.

I just wanted to share how patient and respectful all the tellers at this branch are. I use teller service at the White Rock branch once or twice a month. Many times I have heard the tellers helping seniors who have forgotten their PIN number or who are struggling with using technology for their banking. The tellers are always kind and respectful with these customers.

Very very very slow service. Never can get seen in under half an hour there is never more than 2 or 3 people working at a time. Need to fix this and add more waiting chairs.

I am deeply disappointed by RBC's handling of a recent issue with our credit card. We booked a flight through the Avion Rewards program, only to discover that we were charged an exorbitant amount inconsistent with the agreed-upon ticket prices. Despite attempts to resolve this with the Avion Rewards team, our concerns were met with inadequate responses, long wait times and a denial of our refund request. I also visited my local RBC branch and the manager refused to speak with me and gave me a "how to make complaints" pamphlet with useless information.This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, leaving us with financial strain during an already challenging time as we visit a sick family member. I am seriously considering switching banks due to this incident and RBC will have to see a loyal customer of over 10 years go. I urge others to be cautious when relying on RBC's Avion Rewards program, as their customer service and dispute resolution have proven to be severely lacking.

Everytime i attend this location the line up is out the door. Very slow service. Be prepared for a 20 minute wait at least.

This bank has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Long waits, incompetent staff, no parking, and overall not very helpful. When compared to the the Grandview branch it’s a night and day difference.

Only two tellers, most of the time chit chatting with customers. Long, long line up. Seniors standing up in line for way too long. One of the worst branches.

I wish I can rate in minus.Belinda Wu is too much arrogant, worst advisor in this branch. Don't book any meeting with her by mistake.She even don't know the basic professionalism.Can someone help her to understand, she is there for customer support and not to show her attitude?And it's not first time by Belinda Wu, you can find the same kind of experience by many others in past, from reviews as well.Such a worst branch of RBC.I don't know what's going on with RBC.
