This is the worst branch ever for RBC. No staff at information/Wellcome desk as the security guy answer your questions. Tge branch has 10 tellers stations but only 3 staff working at the peak time the line up is more than 20 customers waiting for service, the supervisor doesn’t care about the line up. The ATM closed once branch is closed so don’t bother go to their ATM after hours. I regret my visit this afternoon to this branch.

Hello folks,I went to this branch because they had locked my online account due to a fraud happened couple days earlier. The manager or whoever I don’t recall, should not be the manager atleast, dealt with telling me and teaching me how I should have realized that mail i got was a fraud and everything was my mistake. Telling me about who i am in Canada and what I should do realizing regarding frauds. Was very disrespectful and telling me that my account could be canceled due to that but didn’t wanted to go ahead and cancel it. Really pathetic experience, and am regretting now that I have an account with RBC. Please folks there are probably 10 other banks like TD, CIBC, Scotia, BMO and others, if you are new to the country don’t even bother to open an account with RBC and if choosing RBC which you will surely regret down the road don’t go to this particular brach to open an account and have it as a Home Branch. I would honestly like to give ZERO stars but don’t have a choice.

Julie she is one of the best server at RBC Branch in King George Surrey, she gave customer service to me well, and I was stuck to activate my account, she took bit time but she did on time instad of booking appointment in person. She has really good knowledge about all banking system.I recommend she should be promote.Thanks again to Julie

The slowest bank and brunch, if this is what it’s like at all the other RBC banks. I would suggest move to a new bank. You’ll die of old age waiting in line

I hate to leave negative reviews but this is simply stating facts. The most unfriendly staff, no reception, extremely long lines and LONG waits, EVERY time. Even with 15-20 people in line, they dont add any extra tellers. They need to change the managers & staff at this location and become more customer centric. Just go to another branch and save yourself the headache & time!

Over the past few days, I’ve been dealing with two individuals by the names of Amrit O. and Pratyusha P. and wanted to shout them out on their A1 customer service. They’ve been attentive, quick, and very accommodating.Compared to TD, the service is night and day.Thanks to RBC, and shout out to these two outstanding individuals.

I wish I could click zero star.. for years I've been going here for it's close to my house and I have a mortgage with them but wow! Everytime 20+ wait. I've had longest 35min wait! Not enough staff today waiting 3min there was only two staff. I complained to the staff and his reply was you can always go to another branch! Why not fix your ongoing problem there..Sad I'll be switching my mortgage to another bank.. so many other good banks!

Really really lazy employees here, they're all just a bunch of jobbers. You see a lineup like you're going to a concert and they're all super relaxed, making 0 effort to try and serve customers promptly.So pathetic, come here if you wish to see the decline of the Canadian workforce up close. You'll have lots of time, it's an hour or more whenever you need to see the teller for anything.

Worst RBC branch ever. The wait time to see a teller is beyond whatever you can imagine and management seem they don’t care to remedy the wait time situation. Avoid going to this branch unless it is life and death situation.

Really bad customer service. Was there to deposit a couple of cheques in my trades account and got a lecture about deposit slips. I am doing these deposits since 2019 and never had any issues. But now suddenly banking changed overnight. I guess the management don't care about the services here anymore.

Wrost service around, they refused to accept my payment for my mom's mortgage and refused the power of attorney I have. They stated that they'd have to setup a meeting with one of their advisor and that my mom had to be there. Head to the Guildford branch instead.

The worse. All ways a line up. Move so slow. This is the 5th time my card has just stop working all of a sudden, even when I was thousands of miles away. Such an inconvenience with my time. We in, the guy dis not give me a replacement card because he said my card should be in my mailbox that day is what his computer said. Of course it was not in the box, so here I am again back at the bank waiting in this long line. I will be canceling my account.
