Over 20 people on the line to see someone on the counter. Over 15 employees walking around. Over 5 managers telling people what to do but ONLY ONE (1) person actually attending a line up of Over 20 people. No eye contact and everyone is busy doing absolutely nothing.

It is hard to find parking, customer parking is always full?. And once you are inside it is minimum 30min wait time?.I just love RBC. Good thing my banking is mostly done with TD

After some serious issues with my account, Rascha was quickly able to resolve them within just a couple of minutes, whereas the same issues seemed to flummox other employees working there. The 5 stars are strictly for her.

Agree 100% with some of the comments. Unless you are going in for something that benefits them, otherwise, their attitude make it seems like everyone else is wasting their time. Perhaps, the question I had was not the clearest, I don't think it is necessary for the guy in suit to mock me with his smile and comments. He wouldn't have his job if everyone knows everything about banking.

Omar Omari, the assistant manager of this branch deserves a 10 star rating. I went into the bank this morning feeling frustrated over an error that the bank made, however, Omar addressed the issue so professionally that I left the bank feeling satisfied.Thank you Omar, for applying humanity to what you do. You are the best.

Worst attitude in banking I have ever seen. They own the bank basically. They have unity in attitude that I need to applaud. Team work in worst attitude. Attitude of the Assistant manager IVY and Moula are over their heads. We were new customers offered by the bank itself but this branch staff just ruin the service for the first timer. This branch has a big attitude problem handling customers and need a proper training on customer service which is way above their knowledge. I’m stunned with this kind of behavior. They do and say what they want. The attitude comes from the top so no wonder. Teach them to be polite and talk but not to jump on customers with their brought home attitude. The damage they do is higher than closing down the branch. Who wants to open up accounts in these with this attitude.we got our work done from another close branch and it’s excellent the service. The problem is with the branch. Collective damage ruins the reputation and the quality Dave McKay talks about.

This bank absolutely destroyed us financially. I feel helpless and trapped and their practices unprofessional and predatory, even towards their long time customers. Use Ratehub for your mortgage needs, traditional banks that prey on their customers need to go under.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service at the bank, especially with Harpreet, the teller. Harpreet displayed exceptional professionalism and a welcoming attitude. She patiently answered all my questions and assisted me throughout my transaction. It's refreshing to encounter such dedicated and friendly staff members. I'll definitely continue to choose this bank for its outstanding customer service.

WORST BANK SERVICE EVER.Everyone is gossiping and laughing loudly on their own jokes ignoring the line up for customers. The lady helped me was named Karen i guess she said as she was hiding her name batch with her hairs was asking unnecessary questions which had no relation with the request i went with. I’ve been to so many other RBC branches but never got this bad service before. Slowest staff ever seen in a bank.

The staff doesn’t help .There is a intern on the reception table who doesn’t know much about the banking services and then there is a Asian woman who speaks super loud . Has no courtesy to help nor is interested. When asked to help with checking some info she said she’s unable to because she wasn’t trained and she doesn’t know . Absolutely no responsibility. Terrible branch !!

Rohit is an RBC employee who helped me beyond my expectation for my student loan. I had to take care of payment of my student loan in Quebec that seemed impossible but Rohit spent 2 hours to make sure everything is done perfectly. I am so thankful to him and wish him all the best
