Bankers that don't want to do their job.My friend and I both opened up our accounts online; it said afterward that we needed to go to a branch for ID verification, and it clearly stated no appointment was necessary.We drove to the branch there was about 45 minutes before closing. We waited in line for 15 minutes; we got a woman who instantly said we needed to book an appointment, it takes too long she said.We called RBC the person on the phone seemed surprised, regardless we made an appointment at the Clayton Heights branch, they were able to do two ID verification appointments in less than 20 minutes.

My experience is so bad in this branch the lady Priya arora don't have any knowledge or any training about customers questions . Behavior and way of talking is so rude with customers .

Today I visited this branch location with my wife. Firstly, we waited in line for like 15-17 minutes before we could be attended by someone. Then the teller who attended us had no name tag on her.The purpose of our visit was to get a new client card for my wife. She was not very pleasant to speak with. I asked her if we could get an appointment for opening a savings account and she suggested me to do it online as she cannot give me an appointment until October 26th. Further, I asked her what’s the interest rate on high interest savings account which is a pretty standard deposit account, she said that every individual gets a different interest rate on savings account which is a standard account. Clearly she has a very poor product knowledge. She started getting rude as we continued our conversation and when I asked her for her name (as she had no name tag on her), she was hesitant in telling her name. But I came to know that her name is Amanda.

This was my first time to visit this branch and honestly I really like the service provided by it , especially miss Kiran Kaur kahlon , particularly she made me feel so comfortable there along with being friendly. Sure to have a good journey ahead with this bank.

For a couple of years, they have very good service and attention to costumers, but in a recent period, this has decreased exponentially, maybe the need for more employees on the front desk, hopefully somebody can do something to improve it ?

Her professionalism, extensive industry knowledge, and patience in handling our various business matters stood out. You will never be here lesser than 30/40 mins as the line up always has 3 to 5 ppl min which. Slowest tellers, lack of staff always… This branch is the most awful to come to.

I came in to have some help with my RRSP, a Financial Advisor named Henry Yang was an amazing help, he was very knowledgeable, extremely accommodating, made sure to double check my account that numbers matched etc..He had made my banking experience top notch, he is definitely an asset and prime example of what an ideal employee should be.Thanks Henry, you’re amazing!!

I am a regular client of RBC. Lucky to meet the advisor Clarimond.evey time I have questions, she always helps me timely which saves me a lot of time of calling customer service line and is very patient to explain to me.

At least people are starting to catch on that rbc is literally the scumbiest bank. Bunch of scumbag bags working against you. Make you feel like a peasant rather than a costumer.

I am a regular client with this branch, today for the first time I met Clarimond Cai (Banking advisor). I went to the branch to prepare a demand draft. She was interrogating me as I did some crime. Surprised by the attitude, and wondering the criteria of recruiting customer service reps in RBC. Whoever selected her for this position should be fired immediately. Customers please beware and I will escalate this disrespectful and arrogant attitude to the next level.

Excellent service by Ms. Kiran Kahlon (Mutual Fund Advisor). She performed very helpful and problem solving approach. There is an other advisor (Prabhjot Wong ) started our investments with zero service, But Kiran is doing well. Me and my wife had a very good portfolio at TD and Khalsa Credit Union. I think Kiran deserves more than five stars. Thank you Kiran for helping us.
