Our transaction involved two of her agents, Aman Deol Sian and Julie Sanghera, and we initially retained them for professional, full-service guidance in selling our long-term family home and purchasing a new one. Communication, advocacy, and professionalism were priorities we clearly communicated from the beginning.

After completion we were directed by the two agents that they were closing our communication and to bring any concerns that arise to their manager — and that’s how Danielle became involved. She listened to my story, acknowledged failures within her team, apologized on their behalf, and ultimately facilitated the release of a promised client credit of $1500 that had initially been withheld.

In direct communication, Danielle was straightforward, receptive, and professional. She acknowledged that improvements were needed and advised that additional training would be implemented within her team.
