Horrible customer service.Owner acts extremely immature.Refuses to accept mistakes.All other reviews are evident of this.Be strongly BEWARE.It doesn’t make sense how they’ve been in business this long and survived.

Great. Customer service . The manager was very helpful and she took her time to find me what I needed. I recommend people check out this small store . Great quality of jewellery.

Unfortunately I made a purchase here the people working there were great (only redeeming factor) but the moment I got home I realized even with the "sale" price I still was charged over double the actual value for the item. Checked Amazon and a few other sights they were all significantly cheaper I am very mad I was about to go in tomorrow and return the item then see at the end no refunds only exchanges. This really struck a cord and I certainly know I will never be back and as nice as the employees are the company seems shady I do not recommend them and anyone who uses them be careful.

I enjoyed shopping at this store. Granted they do not give refunds, simply allow you to buy at their store. However, their jewelry is very beautiful and of good quality. They have been very good with doing repairs if jewelry is damaged easily.

Terrible experience with this Store. Reid Jewelry misleads customers on the quality of jewelry - misrepresent their products and then everything is FINAL SALE. Zero customer service. Do not recommend. There are other more reputable jewelry stores in Guildford mall.

I had bought a bracelet for my partner on Christmas. Valued at $400 , the bracelet broke on its own the next day in front of alot of people with no activity happening. I had taken it into the manager and she claimed it was under warranty and that she would fix it . As a regular customer here I thought that's fine and I was told to wait a week. After 3 weeks of phone calls I was told the bracelet is in. After wearing it not even an hour it breaks in the same spot. I take it back to the manager again and she claims it's physical damage at this point my partner and I are quite disappointed . She says I'll now have to pay for the damage. I explained to her it's most likely a defect and she says she will contact her district manager. The bracelet was purchased on Christmas it is now February 28th and she promised me a credit for exchange . I called the store before coming and the worker says the manager isn't working the district manager is not in he is scheduled to come in March 11th. They are still holding onto the jewellery and have taken the money . Unfortunately I will have to report this to global News consumer matters. It's almost as if they are just toying with people. I would not recommend this businesses to anyone.

Went here to have some jewellery cleaned. They were so nice and incredibly helpful. Will be back!
