The store tells me to buy the smaller pants because they stretch out, go home wear them around the house for an hour. I do this and the tag falls off. This store refuses to do the return or exchange just a few days later because they tag fell off. They said I can call the 1-866 number. I call the number, wait 25 mins on hold for the 1-866 employee tells me they CAN return it, it’s just up to the store employee. I stood there for 20 mins on hold before having to leave to get my kids. The store employee’s couldn’t care less about my time. The rep at the 1-866 told me to just go to another store. This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen! I’ve been a frequent shopper at Reitmans for years! Now I’m going home to get ALL my recent Reitmans purchases that I haven’t worn yet to return along with these pants at another store. Thanks for waisting my time - at both levels. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

Unprofressional and rude staff. When requested staff member to order something online to the store as the size was not available; staff member responded “50$”.
To which I asked what do you mean then she said there has to be minimum purchase of 50$ to do so. Without even looking at or listening to what I want to order. In my opinion there is a professional way to talk. She could have explained in a better tone, plus I was going to order stuff for more than 50$.
In addition, when asked about store availability of an item, staff member named Noor responded without even looking at what I am asking for and gave rude expressions.
I hope the staff can get proper training and some tips on customer service.

I am regular customer at reitmans ! I went to shopping with my 3 year old who was running around and saying mommy when i was at the other end of the store . The girl with purple hair don't know the name yelled at him " hey , don't shout " pointing finger and scared him . I mean how unacceptable this is , scaring someone's child . I was so pissed . I have never raised my voice at my younger one . how can she do that

Be careful customer, if you remove tag, they are not going to return or exchange even items not fit for you. Very pathetic service looks like almost no return policy from shop.

I've been to this store several times now and the experience just gets better and better. The manager is lovely and obviously hires like minded sales clerks and they are all outstanding. They spend all the time you need with them offering suggestions and care. They know their stuff. I haven't seen customer service like this in years and I've got to tell you it's very refreshing. I was in there for a couple of hours today and it felt like a great afternoon with friends. Thank you to all the staff for such a rewarding experience.

I usually go to the guildford town reitmans. But today I went to this location and was so disappointed. The girls were busy discussing their schedule. No one bothered to say hello,or excuse me girl just bumped into me while working,no help was offered. I grabbed a bunch of clothes to try and needed different size but no one came to check if we were doing good with sizes. Would never go back here.
I love guildford location girls are fantastic there.
