these guys are the best! if you're honest and respectful to them, then they are more than willing to help you when your hurtin. They always offer more than any other pawn shop and they treat you like a person. after going here i can honestly say i will never go to another pawnshop again,i like that when i phonoe or show up they are always happy, theyre never attitudy or mean. i literally live in port moody and go all the way to surrey cause i know these guys got my back when i need help :). if you go to common exchange then your only hurting urself, you should only be going here, trust me after your first visit you wont be dissapointed :)

Absolutely had a great experienced. Anita assisted me through the process and answered all my questions. All the staff are super nice. Very good customer service. Price are very reasonable more than I expected and interest rate are low as well. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

I live in Ontario, by happenstance I came across their website after a lengthy search for an antique ring similar to the ring my mom had that was gifted to her from my father and then stolen.The team at Roath's went above and beyond to help me, guide me to this ring as well as go out of their way to ensure it's safe arrival to us! The owner was quick and responsive, and eager to help!Would definitely recommend! And will be purchasing again soon!Thank you team!

Been here a handful of times, I've only had good experiences. Staff is extremely friendly and fair. Prices are always the best around town and paybacks on loans are quite cheap.

Purchased a beautiful wedding ring set from Roaths. Asked for an appraisal when we purchased and was told that we can get one for a small fee when we return for the rings after sizing. When we returned they were unable to provide our appraisal. Beautiful rings, just hope they are what Roaths claim they are. Gladly upgrade to 5* if appraisal was available

I have been going here for years. Roath’s does it all ! Polishing, Repairing, Cleaning, Sizing. They have a very nice and knowledgeable staff that is always looking to help and make your experience a nice one. Kyle has fixed my Buddha more then once :)Solid work and they go beyond to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. All the years I have been going to Roath’s I have never had an issue. Again ! I’m happy with my new purchase. Thx so much to the whole team at Roath’s.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here. Great services, especially by Lacy. My husband has also purchased items from here and it’s been wicked purchases. I will definitely continue to go back. I will be going to get my rings sized soon. They do all sorts of things!
