After changing the company to Rogers, a lot of work could be done by customer service is gone.All now is by phone, which is frustrating,to much waiting to just talk with someone and if it is the right person or department.

A technician came to fix the internet connection but he did have enough co-axial cable. Imagine, Shaw Cable running out of cable. Its like Kentucky Fried Chicken running out of fried chicken.

Instead of installing just internet they decided to discontinue my cable boxes and put in their blue curve without my permission and I told them to put them back the way it was before and all of a sudden they do not support my cable boxes. I am furious and I looking for another alternative. I have been arguing with them and nothing. I was hung up on several times. I don't want this company in my home.

Don't EVER get this provider. I just canceled my internet after 4 years of being with them and after spending more than $4800.00. What did I get in return? Discount? Something free? NOPE! What I did get is an E-mail saying that some company complained to them how I downloaded their game for free. Shaw finds time to send me a lengthy threthening e mail in the name of this company! They have exact time when I downloaded it apparently, they have my IP they have everything! Not only do they not protect you but they will work with other companies agaisnt you! This is like buying a pair of shoes, going around kicking people's doors in and then shoe company messaging you that you'll get arrested if you keep kicking doors in. ITS NOT YOU BUSINESS!!!! YOIR BUSINESS IS ME!!!!!

I went to the shop yesterday to update my Shaw plan to Rogers, Tony helped me a lot, he called to severce center for more than 60 minutes to finish this update because I have a special plan.I cannot finish this myself because I don't know how to explane everything that even a proessional took more than one hour to do that.Really appreciate the help Tony!

Not great for customer retention.My grandmother was a customer for years, and Telus came in with a great offer, pretty much what Shaw offered + a home line and a reduction on the cell phone.Shame that they don't care about retaining long term customers.

Waiting in line with four other customers for 20 minutes during peak time over the weekend, only 2 of the 8 service counters had staff.Avoid coming here at all cost.
