The guy here made no effort to help and after clicking my wifi off and back on again three times just said “we’ll idk maybe just try calling customer service” like bud this is your job.. why are we employing people who literally just sit there, grumpy, mumbling, and not helping. What happened to the standard we used to uphold in this country? Customer service and integrity are just non existent these days.

Nipon and his partners did a great job transferring our data to our New phones. They were really patient with us as weird old school and needed to learn a few things about the new phones.. thanks guy!

Zero stars if I could. Made a purchase of $100 and decided to not let me know the items were non refundable… nothing was said at time of purchase and nothing was on the printed receipt. Manager kept saying “she didn’t know, she didn’t know” what does that mean? Maybe they need to communicate with their customers or verbally go over the policy if it’s not going to be written on the receipt either. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. Absolute joke. $100 down the drain
