Zero stars if I could. Made a purchase of $100 and decided to not let me know the items were non refundable… nothing was said at time of purchase and nothing was on the printed receipt. Manager kept saying “she didn’t know, she didn’t know” what does that mean? Maybe they need to communicate with their customers or verbally go over the policy if it’s not going to be written on the receipt either. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. Absolute joke. $100 down the drain

I recently visited Rogers and was extremely disappointed with the service. The lady who assisted us was condescending and treated us as if we had no idea what we were talking about. Despite our clear explanations and specific preferences, she failed to accommodate or even listen to our requests. It was a frustrating experience that left us feeling unheard and undervalued as customers. I would not recommend this location based on the poor treatment we received.
