Always great service. They are a very busy pharmacy, and still they are very caring about their clients/patients. Rena, the pharmacist, even recommended a change of medications. Brought it to my doctor, my health is so much better with the switch.

The pharmacy staff is good here. They did pretty well in covid vaccination drive. Always responsive on phone calls and were good with follow up calls.They went one step ahead in doing call back to make sure there appointment is booked as per convenient slot and also did a call back to check for any side effects of vaccine.

A young pharmacist named Diala was able to give me a ton of advice on what I should be doing (and not be doing) when treating a migraine. Her advice helped a lot and she was very pleasant to speak with while providing me the information. Overall great experience. Much better than Shoppers. Thanks, Diala!

From my first experience, the staff here was unprofessional and sarcastic in the way she spoke to me. Came in for my daughter's prescription that needed compounding (complex medicine that needed mixing). Explained that I needed the medication today and that this pharmacy was closest to my house. Was told it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow. I then told her that I will just take the prescription to the previous pharmacy next door to where we had her doctors appointment earlier because she needed the medication today and they said they were able to get it done in 20-30 minutes. The pharmacist then continued to say " I highly doubt they could make it in 30 minutes, but you can take it there".Highly doubt. Don't ever use that term to tell a customer in need of medication, for whatever reason. It comes off a little insensitive.There's so many ways you can be professional and lead customers on their way to receiving their medication, your choice of words isn't one of them. Just because your pharmacy can't make the medication in that timeframe, please don't say that another pharmacy can't do it. I got my medication within the hour. Thanks Safeway Fleetwood. This is the first time and last time I will be returning to this pharmacy. And please don't reply to this review. You can't "make things better" or have me "talk to someone about my experience here" just read this review and learn from it.

Spoke rudely to me even though I was very calm and soft spoken to them. They are insensitive to people who don't have English as their native language. They start scoffing and answer in a rude sarcastic manner if you ask another question. It's like they enjoy leaving a customer confused rather than explain anything properly. I understand that you get tired and frustrated at people , but if a person is calm and soft spoken to you but you choose to be rude to them, then there is definitely a behavioral problem from your behalf. World is already a terrible place, and people like you make it more terrible.

They don't give schedule shifts and call an employee without scheduling and even sometime don't call and say That you didn't show up without calling and even manager not listen to employees so it's not good place to work as they don't believe and they lies that they called for shift but they didn't so work environment is not good.

June/ 9 / 2020 Went in with my 8 year old daughter this morning to buy some flowers as a gift. The flower dept worker with long blonde hair was super rude and got a bad vibe. Won't be going back
