I appreciate getting a free cart, being able to buy a 25 cent paper bag and have them pack my groceries into it for me. I am also enjoying their new 15 minute dinner entrees in the meat department. Bring back the green Thai curry shrimp Save On!

Always solid, great service and nice big stores.
Lots of selection.
Aisles almost always clean and tidy.
Fast cashiers. No one’s slacking here.
But Safeway still takes the cake.

It's a great Save-On-Foods. Clean and well kept. They have some international Foods and take out Foods. Pharmacist, florist shop, and an eating area with plugins for your laptop. They may have free Wi-Fi. So you can order some lunch and sit there with your laptop and have some coffee there. This is on the corner of 152nd Street and Fraser Highway.

I have always appreciated having this store available with in walking distance and shop weekly between this store & the larger Cloverdale 176 st location. For the most part the staff are great & helpful. Unfortunately, the last 3 visits have been an issue with me using the FLIP app. I use this app for matching the LOCAL store flyers & have never had a problem with the Cloverdale store, but for some reason matching proces is an issue with the Clayton store. I keep being told that they match current flyers & they have to be local stores, which makes sense . I have encountered this issue with 3 different cashiers & each time they call the " supervisor " whi lectures me on the price matching policy. Last time a Save On employee from another location encountered the the same issue & left. Sadly I refuse to shop there because of this " policy" . I shopped last sat and spent $230 in the Cloverdale location. Deeply disappointed with how I have been treated by the same " supervisor " who is not interested in listening just pointing at the one page policy at each cash desk .

SAGAR ?per cent the Corn ? Bin was empty but even though he had another job in veges, he stopped and went and brought a fresh bin of nice looking corn from storage. Give this man a rise. Thank You Sagar? from Mark ?.

The worst and pathetic customer centric approach, i have ever seen in any Canadian store.
I bought a Jolen cream bleach on March 29th, and upon use, my wife got an allergy on face, and when we checked the box, there was no expiry date, instead on the container, the expiry date was September 2023, holy crap.
I brought it the store, and no apology was offered instead they simply processed a refund, and i was like shocked to see thier approach. Now my wife had allergy on her face, sweeling like crazy and store didn't offer any apology shows how much do they care about their clients and their business.
Would never go this store!
Update: received a call from them, and an apology was offered, and the complaint was addressed appropriately!

Very friendly staff. Shout out to cam the store manager. He is very welcoming and always friendly. This store is going to rock ? Also Hiroshi the supervisor very hard working man. The store is always clean and child friendly environment. Cashiers always offer stickers to children. I am impressed how much the store has improved since Cam has moved to clayton. Woo hoo

I cascaded through the entrance barreling up and down the aisles procuring many items that I did need and I found the staff to be helpful as I bound about in a rather vigorous manner let's just say things went pretty well.
ps. bakery was sparcly stocked

Shopped here for years but had the unfortunate experience of Supervisor Ben kicking me out for looking like another person that apparently stole things. I don’t appreciate being stereotyped based on the clothes I wear and being removed because someone else is doing wrong. Very disappointing behaviour from management.

Wish I could give zero stars. The prices they have on produce is disgusting. I paid nine dollars for a few carrots. Won’t be supporting Save on foods anymore
