This store in South Surrey has an excellent selection of new and used....I needed to repair my 25 year old Shoprider......and i ended up taking the power panel with two new batteries i bought at Edmonds Batteries in Langley to Save on Scooters....Jim repaired the wires on the panel and everything works great now....He charged me $10.....if you can believe that....and spent 20 minutes fixing the wiring...Diane seems to handle sales.....They are really nice people and i would not hesitate in buying one of their scooters....You see Jim services and goes out on the road if you cant bring in your scotter for repairs.....I found other places i looked up to have less knowledge and seemed not to care about my problem.....and offered little advice.....Save On Scooters....a good place to go to

Staff was nice and helpful, was able to have a part for my grandmother's walker replaced immediately for a reasonable price.

Called in the morning several days ago and worked throughout the day trying to get a mobility solution. Jim was informative, patient, and courteous during the whole process. Eventually we ended up with an excellent product that met our needs. I would not hesitate in recommending this business to anyone in need of mobility and or medical equipment.

We have been working with Jim and his company for over 7 years. Jim has always provided the best service at a VERY reasonable cost. We have bought and had serviced 3 mobility scooters. If they didn't have something we needed immediately, we would be referred to a competitor (i.e. hospital bed rental). Jim and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. I highly recommend them for any and all medical equipment needs, AND have recommend them to family and friends.

There business hours say they close at 5:00pm and I came there at 4:20 one day and they were closed. So I decided to come by the next day and showed up at 1:45pm and there was a sign on the door saying they would be back in 10 minutes, so I left and came back around 2:15 and the sign was still there and they still were not in the shop. Looks like it be going somewhere else lol...a place that actually stays open.

they sold my mother a walker, she used it a couple times and fell, the guy there said she didn't use the brakes properly, she went back and he told her the brakes don't work on any of them. when she told him she wanted to sell it back . he told her it was only worth half what she paid and then took half of that for commission, it seems he only cares about the money he is making

In 2014 my father-in-law was somehow conned into swapping his 2010 Jeep Pilot AWD ($12,000 trade in value) for a mobility scooter ($6000 alleged value). When my wife and her family found out about it, it was too late. When later contacted by the family to account for taking advantage of an elderly person in such a blatant way, Save On Scooters said the salesman who dealt with my father-in-law no longer worked there. I don’t see how that clears them of any wrongdoing.

the couple who own this place are absolutely fantastic. They're very helpful and accommodating and friendly. Also their prices are much lower than average because you can rent scooters for short amount of time which can save you a lot of money
