Went to this branch to get credit card replacement and asked the card to be mailed to my home address. However, the card got mail to a branch that is very far from where I'm located. Either this branch or the bank is very unorganized. Avoid them if possible

I have been banking with Scotia and the most positive experience I had was with Jasjot Singh. He is very responsive via phone and email, answers all my questions (even though some don't relate to his work), and he's been very patient. I recommend working with him to get your mortgage renewed or for any other banking needs!
The other individuals I have worked with at Scotia at this specific branch and others do not have any customer service compared to Jasjot! Highly recommend him!

Good service by Rahul but Scotiabank is not good for banking to close my account I have to pay money for that and their monthly charges are around 17 dollars . It’s horrible.

Not only does this tell her discriminate against people, but he also doesn’t know how to read English unfortunately it won’t allow me to post the video of him openly admitting that he can’t read English to me, but if you want to see the video I have it posted on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. The man didn’t understand how to do his job when I tried to clarify to him. He got indignant and offended. Then he refused to help me and handed me a paperwork showing his refusal to help me. He said it was because of my behavior, but it was just because he was indignant about the fact that he didn’t know how to do his job and basic training and did him no justice.

I recently visited the Scotia Bank branch and unfortunately, I had a rather unpleasant experience. I witnessed a bank employee displaying rude and arrogant behavior towards a very old lady. Moreover, I found that the overall attitude of the front desk staff was quite negative, lacking any signs of warmth or positivity. I have decided to go another branch, even if it means walking few kms or using public transit. I sincerely hope that Scotia Bank takes immediate action to either change the staff at this branch or consider closing it. It would be helpful if they could inform customers about any staff changes, so that they may feel more comfortable returning in the future.

Went for the cheque certification , after standing 40 minutes at the teller they said they cannot do it and i have to go another branch. What a joke this branch has become with zero knowledge employees

Terrible service, Store Manager was helpful and understanding but the head of customer Rep I think her name is Nav, was very bad. After me two customer were yelling at her for her unhelpful behaviour.
