This branch can use training on how to help customers especially when they can't gave u simple answers to questions and make it seem like you should call the scotiabank bank number and probably learning how to be more friendly would go a long way just simple hello or thank for choosing scotiabank . Or I'm sorry our ATM is down or your bank card isn't working small things we all pay monthly fees for a reason. Maybe learn from other banks on how they treat people.

I eventually decided to use the ATM Machines, and ATM Money Machine helped me every step of the way. Not only did it smelled nice and have great elevation from the sea level, its customer service was beyond superior. Every time i pressed a button, it spoke like a person, rather than getting those annoying beeps like other telephone keypad companies. I was trained on how to operate the machines, and set up with online access to monitor the pasture. ATM Money Machine is always able to be reached if you want to change your surcharge or bank account, or have any issues. They will walk you through it every step of the way. I can’t say enough great things about this company.

They just took all the money out of my account WITHOUT my consent so now I can't buy my 3 month old baby formula, I will be speaking to the office of the president. I am scheduled to make a lump sum payment to both of my credit cards on April 20th 2023 & instead they took my money today (200) WITHOUT CONSENT and put them on my credit cards. I will also be getting law enforcement involved if the charges are not reversed as my child needs to eat.Thanks.Can't wait to switch banks the service is horrendous time and time again.So disappointed.

Racist customer service by Chinese employees. My brother experienced the same and another darker skinned classmate. Keep your prejudices at home..obviously they were hired because the manager is likely Chinese and hired other racists because they are the same race. How is this allowed in Canada?

Oky! I went to this branch to get the proof of my balance ( balance statement or account portfolio). They asked me to pay 15 dollars to get the statement. However, one of my friend got it from another branch at no cost. I have ultimate package banking and i have been doing banking with scotiabank from years and never disappointed. They have same system at every branch but I don’t understand this branch system. Please do not rip off people like that.

opened bank account for 30 days all of things attached to my account is always unavalible from day one! like my resp and scene points and so many other problems! such a useless bank as i have had more problems with scotia in 30 days then 30 years with TD bank will never bank with scotia bank again ur not living off my money anymore!

I don't know what has happened to this Branch :( When I was there It was a great place and since ive quit it seems its gone downhill and it's so disappointing :(Got help via email from Julie who I have known for years about updating work info & making sure my work cheque doesnt get held! Or so I thought!She didnt actually do a thing and my cheques are still being held for my employer of several months.The customer service here is a 1/10 these days and it breaks my heart because this place is capable of 10/10, we valued our customers so strongly when I worked there. What happened?I will be switching my day to day/ savings accounts to a different bank in the near future, please please try to give others better service they deserve it!

I don't know why they have so many negative reviews. I, for one, have been going to that branch for about 30 years now and ALL, not exaggerating, tellers have been nice and efficient. No excessive time wasting by waiting in line. I've banked with RBC and TD. IMHO, Fraser heights Scotiabank is THE best for me.

Today I went to Fraser Heights branch, but I do not understand how a girl who is the teller cannot say anything to a costumer, she looks like a statue, she just was looking at me and said nothing. What kind of customer service is that? Can she at least says what do you want to do??? maybe it is too hard for her to say that. POOR COSTUMER SERVICE THE WORSE
