. Had some issues .. they gave us a month free but still .. moisture somehow got into ours and a bunch of things molded .. the couched we had .. amoungest other things that we had to throw away ..

This is an excellent Storage and mail box facility. Very clean and good rates. I have to give a shout out to the staff member Maria. I rent a mail box there and she has been exceptional to deal with. Whenever I had enquiries with her, she was very helpful and went over and above to assist me.

Very clean storage locker with good access. They even have a decent washroom for customers to use. Great customer service.

I highly recommend this storage facility - it is so very well run (so very CLEAN and well organized) and they even have a customer washroom and water cooler! I have been with them for over eight years now and have found their employees to be friendly and competent. I have also met the owner who is a really nice guy. This is one of those big U.S,A. high quality - high standard types of enterprise which stands proudly alongside its neighbouring major industrial concerns - they have enough shipping containers to make Maersk envious and they run a really tight ship!

Great option for long term storage as they are one of the cheapest options I found in Surrey, yet the facility is very clean and well maintained. Gate, door, lift, lights, everything was always working during our 1+ year here. Will come again if we need storage again in the future.
