STAY AWAY! Would give 0 stars. They’ll tell you what you want to hear prior to a repair. Technician lied to me, saying their replacement battery would display battery health information and wouldn’t show up as a non-genuine part. He also failed to mention that they DO NOT replace waterproof seals when servicing iPhones. Replacing the seal is a standard and expected part of service at many shops. I went in being assured that I’d have my phone returned to me in the same physical condition, and now have to worry about even the slightest drop getting on it.

They did replace my ( I watch ) screen protector like they say they would if it ever foul out .. very kind guys and really helpful, I come here all the time and they give me deals always .. thank you ???

Worst customer service experience, right from the very start. Called just to inquire how much it would cost to get a screen repaired just as you would with any company offering this type of service, gave him the brand and model. He tells me that he cannot go give me a quote and that I would need to take it in, and have to take a look. Then I asked why couldn't they even give me a ball park. I don't want to waste my time and theirs. Then he raises his voice as if it was a crime to even ask... He says "IT'S NOT FAIR TO US!" I was surprised as he answered in such a way, I said you don't have to yell at me. He simply hangs up. To me this is a BIG RED FLAG. Do not do business with this company.

Tony was excellent to work with and showed great integrity in his character. I would recommend him to anyone that is having issues with their phone as I was satisfied in how he helped me with my IPhone.

I bought a screen protector, it got a bubble in it by the end of the day. When I brought it back the same day, the lady just stuck it down with tape instead of replacing. It broke the next day and they not only charged me full price to replace it but also tried to charge me more than I paid last time. Very unprofessional and bad service. Would not recommend. 0/10

Brought my iPhone X in the morning at 10am to replace front screen & back glass and got back at noon. Super fast and did really good job. Looks like new again. Thx guys.

Even 1 star is a lot for them but unfortunately there’s no less. I took my daughter’s iPad mini to them they told me it will cost $100 to repair the wifi cause it wasn’t picking the network.
After a week, they texted me and told me it’s ready and fixed. I went for pickup found same issues, the wifi wasn’t working.
I gave it back to them they lied to me again and told me we will call or text you in couple days. They didn’t call or text for more that 10 days until I went to them and asked for the iPad. It was there in the drawer neglected. They even didn’t call me and told that they couldn’t fix it they just ignored me!
Stay away from them they know nothing about repairing iPhones and iPads. Plus, their prices are higher than other booths in Guildford mall normally $10 more for smart phones and iPad cases or for changing the screen protector!
