Amazing customer service from the team especially the manager Laura! Been shopping at Sephora for years, most of my experiences have been good but todays experience was just awesome. Laura is very helpful, does whatever she can to make sure you leave happy and helped me thru figuring out a tricky situation. I usually come to grandview corners cause it’s convenient, but I definitely would come here even if it’s out of my way. The store vibe is also more calm, you get help relatively quickly and the girls working there are super nice!Reetu Pabla

Was made to feel like I was not allowed in, blocked at door by know-it-all associate. Definitely felt unwelcome. I did not witness 'younger' customers blocked at the door. I was free to browse after 'interrogation', at my insistence. Online much more comfortable shopping experience.

There were about 15+ employees in the store. No one asked if I needed help even though I was clearly trying to colour match myself several times and made eye contact with a few of them. Not a single associate smiled back. I asked one girl for help and she gave me an answer and went back to whatever she was doing without asking if I need help with anything. The store wasn’t even busy. They were all just standing around socializing with each other. Even the cashier didn’t ask me if anyone assisted me or if my visit was okay. I probably won’t ever go back to this location. Such a disappointing visit.

So many mistakes made when my order was rang in at Grandview corners today, the girl over charged me, forgot to put in the 10% discount and couldn’t care less when I returned to get this corrected. Really not enjoyable going to a place where people don’t care about what they do.

This Sephora has some of the best customer service hands down. I was promptly greeted at the door, matched with a sales associate to assist with my makeup questions then also offered extra samples with my purchase. I also had to do some returns which was completed efficiently. I have been to numerous other locations where you are flat out ignored or have to wait forever to get help. I will definitely be coming back :)

I have a bad experience today April 18 c 2023 around 10:30 am at Sephora morgan crossing as I was looking for foundation and concealer but the staff was in a hurry to help another client. It's very frustrating. Staff are not well trained of helping the client Not like in Guildford mall Sephora staff ,they are all very helpful they don't shut you up and insist their products . And I will never ever go back to this shop again. I also have the name of the staff .

Other than the door greeter the girls in here would rather chit chat with each other than help it’s customers. I asked for help and was abandoned yet again lol. Not all staff are like that, depends on who you deal with. Also lack of inventory, online is clearly better.

Would not recommend the Beauty Studio Full Face or glam sessions here. I asked for a fairly simple look - just lashes and basically neutral and natural. The 60 min makeup application didn’t actually start until halfway as the artist was collecting and organizing the makeup I guess? While I was waiting I pointed out I was getting concerned about the time as I had a set event time and was reassured my look was simple and wouldn’t take long. Well, at 5 mins to go and we just finished eyes and eyebrows. The rest of my makeup was done in less than 10 mins. No contouring, which was the only thing I had specially asked for and I had to tell her to leave the lips as I had no time. The makeup was “finished” 15 mins late, with me stressing and panicked about rushing to the event and nearly in tears. I was charged full price and there was no acknowledgment of my experience when I pointed it out. Had to finish my makeup when I got home.

It’s like any other Sephora but a little smaller with less options for products of certain brands. A good addition to this area which doesn’t have too much else for skin/makeup

Went in today to find 3 products today, unfortunately they were out of stock. But the girls were great, they suggested ordering thru them instead of online to get free shipping. This saved me time and money. Thank you to the staff for excellent service and help finding the right products for my skin
