Be sure to ask for Angelina! She went above and beyond to provide the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and polite, she was not only attentive but also so warm and personable. She expertly matched my foundation, taking the time to ensure it was perfect, and guided me through finding the other products (eyelashes that went best with my eye shape, recommended the best concealer that complimented my foundation etc)I needed with such enthusiasm and care. Her professionalism and genuine kindness truly stood out, making my shopping experience so enjoyable. If I could, I’d give her an award for being such an exceptional makeup representative at Sephora..she deserves all the recognition for her outstanding service!

My girlfriend put an online order for pickup with them today with order number 646109000861. The girl who attended her at the counter was rude and had no idea what she is doing. She ruined the entire experience and made my girlfriend felt discriminated from other customers as she was attending others just fine. Denied her for anything she asked and made her felt vulnerable. She needs to be moved right away and a action should be taken against her. Please check the video recording with pickup of order number as to who was working so the correct person is held responsible. I need immediate action on this and will not be stopping here if no action is taken in 48 hours.

Nicole was extremely patient, kind and helpful today. I bought the wrong item by accident and she went above and beyond and looked for the product first on the floor and then at the back. She came back with the correct item. Thank you so much Nicole, I will remember your kindness!!

I has visited this store like three time and asked for assistance ,but no one comes to help. I see employers on social media and ask for help am told to go in the fornt. I go fornt , ask help told someone will come. Keep waiting nobody comes, went asked again still no help.

Ordered products online and went to pick up at the store. Received all items except for one body cream that was CLEARLY a demo off the shelf as there is a “TRY ME” sticker on it and it was not sealed and looked used.
