I came in for my very first makeover for an important gala dinner. I left looking like a dead clown. Ran to the bathroom and wiped most of it off. Luckily I had my own mascara to apply before walking out of the mall.I asked the makeup girl to stay away from orange and to give me lots of mascara. She instead gave me lots of orange and barely any mascara. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Never again!

As soon as you walk in this location it’s just not it! There’s literally no ventilation, like two vents in a store that’s way over capacity. It’s so warm and stinky when you walk in. Very poor air circulation. Like how do your employees deal with that on their 8 hr shifts? As a customer it’s hard to stay in the store for more than 15 mins. Huge line ups, only 4 cashiers open. It’s Sephora hell.

I visited the store for the first time and told them i never used any makeup products and asked them to advice me on some best foundation. They gave me one foundation and blush and they never told me i can get a sample and told me i can return them in 2 months if i dont like the product.This was on 19th october. Today went to the store and they gave me store credit. I am veryyyyyyy angry and extremely disappointed by the service. That costed around 126 dollars. Why should i waste my hard earned money on some stupid products which the sales girl gave me. I want my money back. I am not going to visit sephora ever again. Give my money back.

One of the worst stores I bought item for pick up in store it was on sale 100ml size but they packed me a 30ml mini I picked up and went to return right away and they inspect it like I used it, I thought I bought wrong size, I returned and by time I realized I had bought the right size they packed wrong one the product went out of stock u could not buy it again. Even the staff here are so useless

Went to buy myself a birthday treat, the store's capacity was full with customers, and all staff were definitely helping the customers. The queue for payment was really long, but they managed to facilitate customers who wanted to pay via card quickly.

I’ve been going to this location for years and have had some not so great experiences with some of the beauty advisors (bad product recommendations, bad customer service, etc). I received amazing service today from the beauty advisor who helped me (I think her name was Melissa?). She really took the time to listen to the issues I was facing with my existing drug store concealer and provided some great recommendations of ones that would better suit my skin. This is honestly one of the first times I have left with a beauty advisor recommended product that actually looked good when I tried it on at home. (I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried recommended products at home and the shade looked completely different than it did in store). I hope Melissa is working next time I come to this location!

Your security needs better training. I've been to this Sephora multiple times and have bought several items and I never had such an unpleasant experience until now. The security guard was following me and my companion since the moment we entered the store. We also weren't greeted the moment we entered the store (which is something Sephora literally hires a separate position for). I feel offended and could not browse around in peace as we were constantly being harassed with direct stares and the constant shadowing from the security guard. I've spent over a thousand dollars in Sephora and did not expect this experience as a regular and loyal customer. I understand their job is to be wary but at the very least do it subtly and be a proper judge of character because instead of checking on others who might steal, he constantly was staring at a regular customer who has bought several items multiple times.

The associte name Alicia was really helpful and polite, she have great knowledge about the products there. She suggested the concealer which actually looked good on me, as i am new with the concealer. Thank you again Alicia

Went to sephora today. Asked for a brand casually and this staff member in a very condescending manner told me “that is a more affordable brand , here we keep high end products “ and i should go to walmart or london drugs. I would have liked a much straighter answer without any of the annoying attitude. Please be nicer to people.

Product testers & shelving displays were FILTHY. Unhygienic!The two store associates that I asked for assistance from had next to no product knowledgeable or how to determine skin undertones….or care.Ended up going to the MAC store for foundation instead, despite wanting to try something new.
