My dad took my car through the car wash, I had a film on my windshield and the manager denied him a refund! My dad took photos of the car but apparently that wasn’t enough. He drove all the way home to get my car to show the manager and was still denied a refund. It’s not about money it’s about the principle. For being a manager he should have enough respect to do that. Terrible customer service, do better🙄

I come to this gas station at least 4-5 times a week, She’s(NAVDEEP)always in a good mood and great smile on face, remembers regular customers by face or name, says thank you… like she really means it, and somehow manages to stay positive even during the busiest/craziest shifts. We need more people like her in the world. Amazing amazing human being!

Just went though the car wash (ultimate wash) jeep looks the same as before I went though. Do not use. Would not refund me my money.

Navdeep is so awesome! She is always incredibly kind and a great worker!! If I could give 10 stars I would. It is always a pleasure coming to this Surrey Shell gas station for gas and snacks. They have a great selection as well.

Playing loud advertisements while I'm filling up my tank is beyond obnoxious and I will go out of my way to avoid using this gas station

Car wash broke down after waiting for 4 cars. Refuses refund cause trying to reset. Finally got reworking after 15 mins and told working now so go to back of line - worst service - a quick stop to get gas and a car wash took an hour.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at the car wash. The wash did not clean my vehicle properly—there was still visible dirt and grime left on the surface. When I brought this to the attention of the attendant on duty, he was not helpful and offered no assistance or resolution. Disappointed with both the quality of the wash and the lack of customer service.
