Car wash is not good, information that the employee provided about it was incorrect.
Our biggest concern: when I looked at the receipt, there was an air miles card number on it with the points balance, we never owned any air miles card ever so basically the employee scanned their own air miles without asking us. I wouldn’t have had any problem with that if she simply just asked before doing that but this just doesn’t seem right.

This place scammed my elderly mother selling her two 100 dollar gift cards with 0 dollars on either of them … when she tried to get it sorted out the lady who works at this location was very rude and her only concern was “ her till being short of money “ …. We tried to deal with this several ways and every time was confronted with horrible service … so they got away with scamming an elderly women ….. disgusting to say the least ….

I brought my car for car wash to this Shell stn on October 28/23. I chose the 'Ultimate' for 14.99 (15.74 with tax) to get a good cleaning done. Immediately after it was done, I went to do some shopping and of course the car was still wet. I noticed a short time later when it dried that it looked like it hadn't been washed at all. I couldnt believe it. So I decided to go back to the service stn to show them and hoped for a refund or at the very least a complimentary wash. The attendant was different from the one previously when I paid for the wash. I showed him my receipt and he also looked at my car and agreed that it was still dirty. Then he said he could not do refund but would call the manager to see what could be done. I was standing there while he made the call.....the manager apparently told him to refund me 'half' and added that if this same thing was to happen again in the future, there would be no refund. What kind of manager says that?? The car was filthy after being washed at their car wash. Very bad customer service and I wont be back. I have been a long time customer at this service stn and dont appreciate being treated that way. Unacceptable.

I bought 2 years ago propane tank bottle from Home Depot. I try to fill up gas station hear guy who work their he told me your bottle is expired 2021 we not fill up or u buy new around 80$ we have new one. I tell him leave it I go somewhere else .after I go other store he fill up for me I ask him is expire he said no you’re bottle expire 2031 because date on bottle 2021 after 10 years

Please be aware of this gas station for credit card fraud transactions. I rarely use cc inside the gas station. I used it few weeks ago and within few days my card was used at various locations by scammers. Spoke to manager and he said just call TD. Still fighting witb TD to address it. Lake of cooperation was disappointing and felt like this place helping scammers
