I am so frustrated. I have rash acne all over my face which hurts. I haven’t gone to work. I’ve used the generic benzoyl peroxide before this refill and it worked great, it started working within a week! My skin was tingling, my acne dried out and I felt it working effectively. I had to re order it has I ran out and the rash acne started to come back painfully. I put in another prescription, they didn’t have the generic so I HAD to pay extra for the branded. I’ve been using this for 3-4 weeks and this is ineffective, there is no tingling, there is no smell of benzoyl peroxide. I was given a defected ointment! I’ve been calling and explaining and the pharmacist isn’t even acknowledging what I am experiencing! Within a few weeks you should 100 percent start seeing some what of a difference in effected areas. There as been absolutely NO improvement, my skin isn’t even drying as it should, instead I’m getting more rash and it is so painful. I spoke to another pharmacist and they said that I should be able to feel a tingle if it was active and I 100 percent should be seeing some difference within 3 week!!. I even lathered it on my face in thickkk consistency to see if it would dry out and tingle, or peel, which it is meant to do and has done, where then acne dries out skin peels and you have new acne free skin. Even after this I felt NOTHING, no tingle or drying even after lathering layers of gel in my face. My parents went in because I am so anxious with what’s happening to my face, I haven’t even gone to work! And the pharmacist had no care! I paid for this!! And it is ineffective to the point I can’t even leave my house, my face is getting worse! it is evident it’s not active !! And he told me he can’t and won’t do anything and that I have to use it for another 2 weeks to see a difference, when within this time I have had ZERO improvement. I was given a gel that either was mixed with too much water or wasn’t active with the ingredients at all and the pharmacist is not replacing it or even writing me another prescription, he’s asking me to pay to write another prescription and to pay for a new gel out of my pocket, AGAIN!! We even gave him the old tub of ointment, with half of the product still in there. How can you tell someone to keep using something that is ineffective, while they suffer!! I’ve used this product before and branded ointment should be of higher quality!! This pharmacy is unprofessional and unreliable, it’s fraud what you guys do to paying costumers with no help!! This stuff isn’t cheap !!! And if it is ineffective it always falls on the pharmacy to replace it or get to the bottom on it!! I was so desperate I was willing to pay for a brand new ointment but when he said I HAVE to pay to get a prescription written as well, that’s was my breaking point.This isn’t the first time I’ve used benzoyl peroxide, that I wouldn’t know how it works and when it starts to show affect, what it should do to your skins and how it would feel. The fact I lathered it on in layers and did it even feel a tingle is concerning !! And evident this gel was defected They gave me plain gel!! There’s little to no mediation in here and I keep advocating and he kept shooting me down as if I’m delusional and he won’t do anything for me. THIS IS FRAUD!! NEVER GET YOUR MEDICATION FROM HERE, GO TO A PROFESSIONAL PHARMACY

Wish I could give 0 stars. Your pharmacy people are rude. Especially Julie. She has had numerous complaints before and nothing ever changes her attitude. It's actually ridiculous.

I have been calling refill a prescription and ask a question for 2 days and no answer. On my second day, someone literally answered and hung up! Not sure who I would complain to but will certainly look into it. Good thing I was recording the call

I went in today to get a COVID test kit and asked the younger east Indian lady behind the pharmacy counter if I could get one . She points to a unknown area near me and mumbles something. I didn't understand what she said so I asked her to come and show me .She rolled her eyes and walked away as the older lady that works at pharmacy yells at me "it's in the stand right in front of you !"They are consistently rude , and yet the manager / owner still does NOTHING about it , well perhaps leave a generic comment after each complaint on here .On another note , I too was excited about this location getting a post office but alas the woman that works there full time is beyond rude and just seems miserable.Maybe the manager and or owner needs to extend their probation period or something .

My experience has always been fantastic & good in this store. So sad to read about the negative reviews. Of course some staffs may not be at their best sometimes (lack of customers service continuous Re-trainings). As a regular pharmacy customer in the store, if you’re not satisfied with the service you’re receiving, ask for the manager. I nickname her Everjolly cos she’s always smiling rain or shine. She always walking around the store. She assisted me today at the post office. Even when she couldn’t process my mail, but you can see the efforts she’s putting into it to get it done. She couldn’t figure it out, then she used the store audio speaker to call for the post office attendant who was on lunch break. The attendant appeared immediately and my transaction went through. I don’t know her name, but ask any staff to call her for you. Good luck! I rate the store 5 stars cos of the leadership.

Ever since shoppers took over the booking part for the dr appointments online it is a mess. You can't see what Dr you need to book with. You can't get through to the Dr office you sit on hold for over an hour and the recording lies about time and wait.And the new receptionist is not pleasant at all. I love my Dr. I understand change needs to happen but they need a better system.

This older lady at the pharmacy is so rude she has no respect how do you have staff like this working there. I will be getting my medication made else where moving forward I feel so uncomfortable and the rest of the staff are the same there’s only one decent person there who is a male if I don’t see him there I never go because of the poor treatment and unprofessional behaviour.

This 1 start is for the new post office!! The service was rude and ridiculous!!Today I went to sent an international mail, the person didn't put on the postage in front of me, when I asked her to do it, she told me "Don't worry, I will do it later." Everywhere I go the they put postage in front of me, I don't understand why she doesn't do it!!Then after I pay, the screen pop up customer survey, she put "very like!" By herself!!! I didn't pay attention because I was putting my receipt away and my husband told me afterwards. I was so mad after I heard it! She didn't even notice the survey and she just touched the screen and finished it herself!?I was so excited there is a new post office open around my area, but now I rather go further and I will never come back again with this kind of service!!

Avoid going there .. very bad service. I was there in pharmacy today. There was old rude lady at the front who was pretending to help people. In real she is troubling patients and their families. I went there just to get Tylenol 3 for my father. He got his extraction done today. I provide her prescription, after looking at that she said, why dr. Use to different colours of pen (black and blue). I said I don't know this is what they gave and i took it .. she said we need doctor confirmation then we will dispense medication tomorrow morning. I said I will try to reach dr. Right way. If you get dr. Conformation then will you be able to dispense. She said yes . Then i called dr. And dr. Was on line She said ask them to call on pharmacy number. Then dr. Was so generous and kind she call on pharmacy no as she know pt. Is in pain and need medication. Then phone was keep ringing. She was not picking up . I ask her your phone is ringing. She answered.. we are busy then finally she pickup call confirming everything with dr.. i though now I m good to go ..then she said I need pt's I'd . I said I don't have one with me right now and you already check with dr. It's same pt.But she replied, no I need idThen I drive back home and bring his id .. then after checking id .she said come after half an hour to pickup medicine (Tylenol 3 ) . S but she can dispense right away as there was nobody at the pharmacy that time .Then after an hour I go again to pickup. And during this whole time my father was suffering from pain after extraction.This was my first and last time at this location. I will never go there again . Highly suggested not to go at this location... as staff is not helping they are frustrated with their job and work they need to do.Hope manager will work on that...I don't wanna give even one star

I bought a watch that didn't work and they told me that they don't do returns on watches even though the bottom of the receipt says return within 30 days if not satisfied. I was going to take the watch home (before I found out that the watch was broken they told me no refunds so I accepted that and left with it) but as soon as I got out to the parking lot I saw it didn't work (was faulty) so I went back to return it but they tried to refuse again, and said that the box had to be in good condition, how are you supposed to take a Watch out of a box without wrecking it? those things are packed tightly, anybody with any level of decent customer service would've said yeah I will return it for you no problem, but not Sheera. I worked in customer service for many years (in a higher class store) and I would never treat a customer that way. If they wanted something returned id automatically say yes absolutely- no questions asked. The situation of the return is also a irrelevant if you're dissatisfied within 30 days (says on the receipt) and that's how I was trained at my customer service job. I have to argue with them to get a refund. If the watches are not refundable put a damn sign on the stand and don't print it on the receipt. Does the 30 day buyers remorse not exist at shoppers? I want to know what despicable customer service training they give to these employees.Thankfully my mom was with me (who happens to be a typical grocery store Karen when she wants to be), otherwise I'll be sitting here with a brand new $18 nonfunctional watch, i'm the type that would've cut my losses-_-

HiI visited store two days back at cedar hills. Theres a CSR JOSLEEN, she is super rude and doesnot even know how to serve people.I went to get my mosturiser returned after 2 days as i was getting rashes and when i told her this she said i have all the rights to say no to anything. Upon asking about manager, she said she doesnot know when she is in store even the next day. I mean she is clearly paid for her job but shes super rude and went to another shoppers store, they returned the product without asking me even a single question.This isnot my first experience with her that went bad, previously also this happened, we consider that we all have bad days but her behaviour, how she interacts with her clients is intolerable.JOSLEEN should learn some soft skills even if she might be right at her place, this behaviour everytime is not TOLERABLE. She doesnot even bother to show things to public if anyone asks her multiple times to show, she just points out the corners or places that you might can find a product over there.

Never had a problem here until recent. I get my medication at the the pharmacy regularly. In December the pharmacist person working at the counter informed me that I didn't have a refill left after my last pickup. They said they could give a year of refills since they have the power to now which I agreed to instead of going through the hassle of booking an appointment with my family doctor. Fast forward to January.. I was told no ill have to talk to my doctor for to get a new prescription prescribed to me. They didn't honor what they told me. Very unprofessional. I don't feel guilty either for paying in change during the 2020 pandemic.

I had an amazing experience this evening in cosmetics with Josleen! I got everything crossed off my Christmas list as Josleen was extremely knowledgeable about all the products. I’ve never had someone go above and beyond to help me like Josleen did. She is extremely honest and makes you feel at ease about the products you’re purchasing.

Posting a word of caution for all customers who purchase cosmetics from this location. I bought a Gucci guilty perfume set from this location. I never opened or used it . This came in a box that was not sealed with any plastic wrapping. I was within the 30 day return period so I went to return it to the store as I had a change of mind. The associate said she couldn’t return it because it has been used since it wasn’t filled to the brim. She even called the store manager Aman who said the same thing. Do not buy any cosmetics from this store that are not sealed . I even proceeded to tell Aman to check the bottle. If it has not been used the spritzer will need to be pressed multiple times. She told me that wasn’t an indicator of whether it has been used or not. I sprayed the bottle in front of her to prove my point. I do a lot of shopping at this location due to its convenience, but I will never buy perfume from here. Also, not all perfumes are filled to the brim. You would know that if you buy perfumes often. Very disappointed and do not recommend anyone to buy any unsealed products from this store . I feel like I’ve been deceived by the store. The associate who sold me this product was Hosai Nafrullah. She was the one who put these items into the box. Be very careful.

Fantastic staff in cosmetics!!!!Hosai Nasrallah was extremely kind and approachable!!! She welcome us with big smile everything we walk in and help us find what we need. Her knowledge of product and manners are top notch!!!
