Went to cashier for checkout no greeting, didn’t tell my total and the only thing was asked cash or card i was the only customer shes not even busy what a horrible customer service. It didn’t happen once they never ever offer anything to people just ignore them and one more thing they are always busy in talking with each other and ignoring customers. I hope management trained them properly for basic things that these guys are not aware.

November 28,2023 3:00pmJust had a bad experience returning a few times at the makeup counter. I had two concealers, a foundation, my nyx tinted brow glue and an spf to return and when i went to the counter I waited 5 mins before the lady even came and she was standing at the entrance door where I was in clear view but that’s besides the point.When she came to the counter and I told her I was returning items and put them down on the counter, she asked me if I had opened them to which I replied yes. She then made a gagging noise. Then I asked her what she meant but that and that what she just did was beyond rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or even saying she didn’t mean it like that she just looked me up and down then went silent.

I wish I could give 0 starts to them. Their customer service is really poor. I bought shampoo for dandruf that is recomended by employee working over there. But when i read the instructions carefully, that shampoo was for a serious plague disease, how could i apply that. I did not have any disease, i just have a danruff. So, today i have been there to exchange my item. They refuse to do it. I talked to lady over there, then she called their supervisor. Firstly, her supervisor dont know how to deal with customers respectfully, she was so rude and yelling at me. I mean seriously Is this the customer service. Me and my friend often go there, but after that we would never go there again. I recomend other new people to go there. I have wasted my time and money. I hope they could hire some literate supervisors.

One of the main reasons I shop at Shoppers is the Cashier named Steph?her customer service is the best I have ever received. If there were more Steph's in the world, we'd be a happier place. Thanks Steph you Rock ???

I’m sorry but if I could give a 0 star review I would. Disrespectful and unfair treatment today at their beauty event. My sister and I were standing around for almost 1 hour waiting and weren’t even acknowledged by any of the staff. Other people coming in and were given immediate acknowledgment. What a waste of time coming here and money spent on event ticket. Definitely won’t be buying makeup or coming to any beauty events here. My sister thinks it’s a racist thing because everyone being acknowledged was non white.

terrible service at the pharmacy they cant seem to wrap their heads around giving the wrong dosages, asked if it was correct when i was picking it up and the pharmacist either straight up lied or needs to go back to preschool to learn to read and count. 0.25 is not 1. called and spoke with a different pharmacist and she arogantly told me they gave me a lower dose because they ran out of my proper medication. WITHOUT notifying me, without doubling it so it lasts the length is should last. they could have atleast appologised for not telling me. not made excuses and meanwhile taking the same amount of money for something that is half of my perscription. Now i will end up paying again for the other half, while using my refill for the following month in the process. right on. atleast i can read and noticed it myself. Im diabetic by the way, so no only are you being arogant and messing with my medication without telling me, but you are literaly messing with my life. way to be neglectful in your job. anything else i would want to say about these guys i wont post here, you get the idea.read your perscriptions and what they actually give you, because they wont tell you if its wrong. if they even notice that is.

I’m concerned for patients not getting calls from pharmacy. It has happened to me three times now we’re there is no call to patient for picking up medication.I was also cut off when staff were looking up my prescription to find out how long I would have to weight before it was remade for pick up. The staff person never called me back, so I had to call back again.

3 times back to this location. Still unable to pickup medication. Rude, unorganized and blame the patient and speak in unprofessional manners. Just overall not a good pharmacy, go somewhere else. Whoever is the manager or in charge of the pharmacy is doing a terrible job.

I had a bad experience while taking my visa application’s photo. First of all, I had to wait for 10 minutes to be noticed by someone to take my photo. After that I again waited for 10 minutes to take my photo. When I asked the person to send a soft copy of my photo to my email, she said she can’t do it. Photograph was good for nothing as well. I don’t understand why do they say they have passport photo!

They never answer the phone , (place you on hold then hang up after 45 min. x3 ), they tell you on the phone that they don't have any prescription from your doctor and then you go to the store and they tell you they did receive it when you already been there 3 times prior inquiring about the same prescription. No stars. Never coming here again and will tell everyone I know not to come here.

Went there to return a $22 watch that I bought at another location (88 & 120), but the lady there said "I am sorry, I cannot not return it for you". When I asked why, she said I had to go to the location I bought it from. She was not nice at all.This happened today Sep 09, 2023 around 3:05 PM.It was still within the return period (less than one month, as the reciept clearly indicates).

I used this Shoppers for one prescription and I’ve since had it transferred to a different pharmacy. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. My refill was to be ready Wednesday. I got there Sunday to pick it up and was told they didn’t have stock. When I asked why I wasn’t called, the response was “that’s a good question”…I was then told to drive around to other pharmacies to see who has stock and then call them to transfer the prescription…..while I was waiting, an elderly couple was in front of me picking up meds before international travel, and the Husband’s meds weren’t filled….Shoppers missed them entirely and these meds were critical to this elderly man…..stay far away from this Shoppers.

Have been a number of times to use the post office inside which is fine but saw that every time that the prices are quite a bit higher than any place here in Surrey that I have seen..They need to improve in a big way..
