Not sure how this has such high ratings. I was in this store yesterday and there seemed to be about 5 staff members, all standing in a circle talking amongst themselves.
I found the shoes I liked but noone came to me or cared that I was even there. The store was pretty empty too. A senior was struggling to either put her shoes on or take them off, I couldn’t tell, but she was struggling and noone offered to help her. Too busy yapping.
There were bogo signs all over the place but I wasn’t sure if that applied to the whole store. Didn’t care, I walked out due to zero service.
On top of that, none of the phone numbers work. It’s almost as if Skechers goes out of their way to displease prospective customers

I had an amazing experience shopping at Skechers, all thanks to Kassandra! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of shoes. Her knowledge of the products, patience, and willingness to ensure I found exactly what I needed made all the difference. Kassandra's friendly and professional attitude made the shopping experience so pleasant and easy. I truly appreciate her hard work and dedication. I’ll definitely be coming back to Skechers thanks to her exceptional customer service!

Great Product. My 7th or 8th time buying shoes at this location. Customer service is top notch. Lorne welcomed us to the store, helped us select the shoes we needed and provided detailed information about the types of shoes we were looking at. He is very knowledgeable about Sketchers shoes!

I had an awesome experience with the salesperson Vahideh!! She was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick 2 slip in shoes! I went to get one pair and she was so great that I bought two!!
