Sandy was really helpful to us in choosing new pillows. He gave us so much helpful info about pillows, encouraged us to try them all out on the bed and asked many questions to customize his recommendations. We really appreciated all that we learned and chose a new pillow I think we will be very happy with. Thank you for the friendly service, Sandy. We didn't feel pressured to spend a lot or choose a specific product. I would come back if I ever need something else.

Very bad experience. I bought a mattress from here on this May 22nd, and the sales order shows it will be available to pick up on May 30. I went to here to ask my item, two salesmen here and they told the item will delayed by June 4th. I called them at June 4th evening, the sales told me call them tomorrow. So I connected the customer service June 5th, no one can solve the problem,they told me I can pick it up at the warehouse at New Weestminster City.
Oh my God. Can you believe it happened at Sleep Country Canada ,such a big company.
It is too bad for me to buying item from this company. No cares the customer, no one can solve the problem they made.

Jordan was absolutely amazing! He listened to our wish list, asked great questions, was so knowledgeable and we learned things about sleep quality we had no idea about! We are obsessed with our new king bed, cooling mattress and pillows. Jordan kept us in the loop during the whole lead up to the delivery- which was two days early. Highly recommend.

I bought a mattress and bed frame at the south Surrey location in Vancouver BC. It was for a client at a group home who has seizures, so spent quite a bit of time selecting the best size and firmness. When it was delivered I noticed the mattress was smaller than the frame and left approximately 1.5 inches on each side which looks tacky and could be a problem with objects slipping through the gap. When I showed the sales agent the pictures he insisted all their mattresses sets were like that. I was in the store and when I looked at other sets the space difference was minimal. Unnoticeable. The agent kept insisting my mattress fit perfectly once you factor in bedding and actually laughed at me in front of his colleagues. I found this embarrassing and disappointing. I would not recommend shopping there. The product and service was substandard!

I had a bad experience with an IKEA mattress so dropped into my local Sleep Country outlet in South Surrey. Was greeted by a very informed salesperson named Jeff who saved the day or should I say nite as in sleep. Although a massive chain this store has that hometown get to know you and help you out feel. Jeff listened to my story, made some thoughtful suggestions and then went to work. After trying a few we decided on the perfect mattress. Jeff knew I needed it quickly but with the store closing like in 5 minutes arranged delivery for early the next day. Delivery people arrived promptly, unpacked it and placed it on my frame.took the garbage to. Excellent informed purchase. Thanks Jeff and Sleep Country ?? SouthPoint.

Customer service is almost non existent. We bought a mattress and scheduled the delivery, got a reminder of the delivery the following Thursday for a Saturday delivery, and was told they would confirm the time window on Friday. Friday comes, and just before closing, I call to see if there is a problem. The guy at the store said they are busy and the delivery driver will call in the morning with a 3 hour window for delivery, I said what if I am not available to be there when they come. He said they will try again Monday. I work during the week and can only be there on the weekend for delivery. I told him I should just cancel the order and go elsewhere, the guy on the phone said "whatever go ahead". I felt like my $1500 was nothing to them, and my business did not matter to them AT ALL! The only good service was from the salesman before the sale and the delivery guy before the mattress was off the truck. This was nothing like previous years buying there. This will definitely factor in my next bedding purchase.

Buyer beware. Do not buy a Serta mattress from Sleep Country as they do not honour Serta's 10 year warranty. We purchased a mattress just over a year ago and we have a problem with it. Serta told us exactly how to set up pictures to show the problem but asked us to first go through Sleep Country. Sleep Country refused the pictures and said it had to be visible without the 5 pound weight which showed the issue perfectly. They refused our warranty claim and said to come back when the issue gets worse. This was a $2600 mattress and the problem started after 6 months of sleeping on it. Terrible customer service. We will never purchase or recommend to anyone.

My salesperson was very thorough and asked all the right questions and found us the best designed for my partner and me. He mentioned that we have 100 nights to exchange our mattress if it did not meet our needs. I'll tell you now that we never even considered it because his expertise found us our perfect mattress!
