AVOID AVOID AVOID. Awful experience. Went for a carwash and got scratches on my brand new car. I've seen a couple of reviews like this below. Please go check them if you're reading it. I noticed when I got home and I was told to go to ICBC. So now having to wait to deal with ICBC and get this resolved. Also, the car isn't really clean as I thought it would be. Dusty stuff still all over the car..All this headache cause I decided to get my car cleaned here..Update :When i reached out the manager, i was essentially told i got off the conveyor and implied that it was my fault and not their's. There's more than 20 Reviews just here with people with exactly similar complaints. Probably one of the worst companies i've ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

They will let you know your car will not clean after the wash also. You pay us still it will be dirty. I thought it might be little bit here and there but whole side came dirty.

I love this Car wash experience! It was just that. My car came super clean awesome vaccumes free dash polish wipes and air freshener. Service people are helpful pleasant. It's a busy place and this is why!

They should have high power vacuum and also they should have hand wash sinks at there location for hygiene of there customers....city of Surrey should look into this with hand wash sink availability at premises...for hygiene purpose

Easy experience, but recently hasn’t been getting the job done. Went through the wash once, seemed as if it hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly so I told one of the workers. Offered to put me through the second time, but for that time only. It hasn’t gotten any cleaner.Quality has gone down, prices gone up. Take your money to a different car wash.
