Probably the second worst car wash in the Vancouver and surrounding area the soap comes out as soapy water as does the clear coat and every other product that it's supposed to disperse including the foam brush the brush is old and the bristles come off on your car so it's wearing down to nothing and the transition between products you spend at least half a minute of their speed seconds I might say waiting for the product to come out and their minutes are literally counted by speed seconds. If you want to wash your car I highly don't recommend taking it here

I brought my parents’ car to Splash Auto Glass today. The service is consistently fantastic!
While waiting for my turn, I met Nolan, who was incredibly kind. My truck was full, and I asked if I needed to empty it. He said yes, but offered to help, and even though there were a lot of things, he handled it with such patience and politeness. He’s young, but his manners and attitude are excellent you can tell his mom raised him well!
The ladies at the front desk are just as wonderful. professional, warm, and helpful. Everything about this place is top-notch, from the service to the coffee, and even the Christmas movie playing while I waited was a sweet touch 🌲.
Thank you so much to everyone at Splash Auto Glass! You do make every visit a pleasure!

Here’s an unsolicited review. Car needed a new windshield and a detail. So happy with the results. But the level of service was the surprise. Courteous Respectful. Friendly. Beyond expectations. The technicians did a superb job The entire experience from the first contact to picking up my car was just really pleasant. Definitely recommend Splashes.

I have been reluctant to review my experience with this company but I think with the good has to come the bad and mine is not good. I considered what star rating I should give. My head told me 2 so 2 it is. Im not writing this out of anger or hoping to damage a business, this is simply my experience and Im hoping Splashes will look at their processes and act accordingly for future customers.
I brought my brand new, 2 day old car in for an estimate for ceramic coat treatment and was advised by the agent, he knows who he is, no need to name him here…….I was told that with the shape of the front of my vehicle a hood wrap would be helpful to absorb stone chips, I agreed. Several other areas were also discussed and I agreed to get them done too. The cost was $3001.60, NOT rounded off I might add……..
This was last November, perhaps not the best time to do it but I wasnt told to come back in the spring, they took my car in, and 2 days later I got it back. It looked good, not amazing, just good, perhaps My expectations were higher than they should have been but I wasnt expecting bubbles, corners of wrap not adhering well to certain spots. I was assured by the same agent the bubbles would go away. My main concern was a piece of grit underneath the wrap right in the middle of the hood under the wrap. How was that to “go away”? Its under the wrap. Well, it didnt go away. I went back several times for other small issues that were addressed, he pulled out a syringe, poked at the grit and proclaimed it was gone and the wrap “would heal” ….you got it, it didnt heal, I suspect the grit was still there. At this point I gave up and was going to cut my losses and go somewhere else to get the hood rewrapped and check the ceramic treatment. I had lost faith in this company. The rough edges of wrap I dealt with myself.
But before I did go somewhere else I emailed the agent telling him how poor my experience was…….he finally offered to re wrap the hood, 9 months from the date it was done. I had nothing to lose as I was prepared to get it done again somewhere else and pay so he wrapped it. He wanted to clear the air with me he said, well, to me thats a confrontation and I dont do that very well, maybe I was wrong. I went back, I just wanted my car.
Anyway, its rewrapped and 3 days later I cant see any grit as yet but it needs a wash to truly see. The bubbles under the wrap are starting to go away and I will live with it as it is and see how it holds up over the winter.
The moral of my story is to get in writing what they are going to do, what the final product will look like, what if there is dirt under the wrap? Well, maybe Im just being stupid but if you, the vendor install wrap over dirt thats YOUR problem, not mine, if you cant guarantee a smooth wrap, say so BEFORE the job is done, give customers realistic expectations. Not once in this whole saga and several visits in person was a rewrap offered, only after I emailed.
Obviously I will never EVER step foot in there again, they have good reviews but you judge a company on how they treat you when things go wrong and things went wrong and I feel I wasnt treated fairly until the very end. So thats it, winter will be the test for my car and hopefully I can move on.

Very poor service . I purchased full wash and cleaning the car and got my car back . They didn’t even dust inside . What a waste of money .

Went in to get auto glass chip looked at. They were so efficient and it took 20 minutes to fix! I was so surprised as I went to a different auto glass place earlier this year and they told me they couldn't fix it but had to replace the entire windshield. Very happy with Splashes. So quick and so friendly. Thank you so much.
